"Cs unit is lossing water pressure at the dispenser, confirmed complaint. I found when you remove the filter the water pressure return. Water valve and filter head are not clogged or restricted. Water hoses are not pinched or frozen. Unit has a bad filter. Replaced with new filter and unit is working as deisgned. Customer states she has replaced 5 filters since purchase date so far, 2 from whirlpool and they only last 2-3weeks. Advised customer to have her water tested , something in the water may be prematurely clogging filters. If customer calls back pre-id filter head and water valve. Unit is now working as desiigned."

Cx complaint unit is making a squeeking noise whenever in use. Inspected unit and while unit is running there is a squeeking noise found both the idler and rollers not spinning freely. Installed idler and roller. Tested unit and no more squeeking. Unit is heating. Unit is working as designed.

CX complaint FRIDGE defect in door & RC inner liner. Found styroafoam coming thru weep holes on L & R RC doors. RC liner has 2 strips on corners where the LEFT & RIGHT walls meets the ceiling. These are not weep holes but looks like the liner has a weak thin section & styrofoam is coming thru. It also looks like the factory has tried to clean up the stryofoam with a soft sandpaper grit & scratched the surface. There are still styrofoam pieces coming thru & CX is concerend of safety issue styrofoam could contaminate their food. CX has 2 young children in house. Called techline to document & sent pictures. Doors can be ordered & replaced but likely will have the same weepholes as it is part of the door. Techline documented issue & advised me to tell CX to contact customer service > JJ

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Lid Latch isn't locking . Ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. Error Codes are F5E3 = Lid Lock Fualt. Checked the Control Board. Found that the J6 Connection isn't plugged into the control board. Plugged in the J6 Connection. Tested the unit. Cleared error codes. Unit is working as Designed.

"cx complaint no cool, checked unit, fc at 55 degrees, rc at 60 degrees. compressor reading .8amps, thermistor reading 31k ohms. evap only has a partial frost pattern. unplugged evap fan, waited 10 mins for frost pattern to form. unit would not form good frost pattern, spoke with AR, quoted cx W10507884 compressor, WPW10143759 dryer , W11506635 coupler , WP2188823 evap, thermistor WPW10384183. cx unsure for repair at this time. cx paid $120"

Cx complaint unit is not lighting properly. Arrived today and inspected unit. Found all burners do light but the front right did take some time. Replaced burners head on both front left and right. Left front burner works great Everytime. Found right side still slow to light. Found ignitor had oil and debris on it. Used small file and cleaned ignitor. Burner lights perfect Everytime. Had cx test with me. Not sure why we needed to change panels but I did not. Unit is now working as intended. Job complete

"CX complaint: unit stopped after a couple minutes a few times, then started working properly gain. Tested and verified complaint. F51 error code. Unit went through diagnostic cycle without problem. Tested in drain and spin and also started a normal cycle and everything is working properly. Ran diagnostic cycle again and no problem. Plugs are all secure and no wire problems visible. Unit is working properly. I informed CX that the 120.00 fee for service covers the next 30 days just in case. Job is complete."

Customers complaint is hot knobs when baking. Customer also has a whole littany of other issues with it. I did find the unit needed to be calibrated 10 degrees hotter. Customer not satisfied with this and thought I was out here to replace the unit. Right now every else is checking ok. Knobs do get very warm and customer said she burned herself on them but they are not getting into a dangerous range of temperture. All check ok.
