Cx complaint is that the unit is getting clothes stuck under the agitator. Upon arrival I found that there was a pair of jeans stuck under the agitator. i was able to remove the agitator and free the pant leg. I then inspected the unit and found that the gear case shaft has play in it allowing the agitator to lift a small amount allowing clothes to work their way under. I am ordering the gear case repair. White residue is from the previous visits of excessive soap. Unit is not leaking and there is no damage to floors. Unit has not produced an error code since last visit and when ran unit had no issues. The residue is soap and dust. Wiped under cabinet and contacted techline. Spoke to Chris.
