"Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Oven Door will not open after running self clean. Checked power to the Terminal Block. L1 to N = 123.7 Volts. L2 to N = 123.3 Volts. L1 to L2 = 248.2 Volts. Noticed that the Thermal Fuse was removed and unit is hard wired. No power coming out of the Transformer to Thermal Fuse. Unit will need the Transformer = WP9760587, Control Board = WPW10158972 , Thermal Fuse Kit = W10625528 & Thermal Fuse = WPW10545255. Cx paid for the Service Call Only by Card. If the cx calls back order the parts listed don't go without parts."

Customer complaint unit is starting by it self when using the stove. Customer stated that when is on the light is on and the turn table is turning and even opening the door the turn table stay turning. Called techline and documeneted the call and they adviced that the fan may come on by itsefl due to the temp sensor inside and the interior light may come on as a warning. But the turning table should stop when openinig the door if not the fuse would pop. Customer stated that that is what is happening tunr table stays on when door open i could not replicate the issue. Documented the call with techline and safety. But we have to wait and see if it happens againg and the customer can record it.

"CX complaint pull of water and ice on freezer floor. Cx stated freezer is working properly but icemaker is leaking. Inspected unit and found icemaker was not installed correctly. Fill line was not in icemaker causing the water to not make it to the icemaker and leak all over the interior of the freezer. Removed icemaker and made sure, all the ice was cleaned up reinstalled icemaker correctly and made sure fill tube was in icemaker. Unit is now working as design job complete"

cx complaint is the units door are not level. i found the left door is sitting lower then the right door. i checked and noticed the right door hinge area has a white plastic piece on the bottom of the door hinge. i removed right door and found the plastio piece is the door closing cam. i checked the left door and found the left hindge doesn't have this and is almost metal to metal. due to a worn cam closer i found unit will need new door closer. ordering part; ordrng 1 WPW10470155 (Door Closing Cam)

Inspected the unit and found the Fill valve range is between 890 and 1600 and currently has 1420ohms, drain pump should be between 80 and 100 and currently is at 90, the variable speed wash motor between 10 and 20 and currently at 16ohms and the heater between 8 and 30ohms and is at 16. Tech support suggest unplugging the wifi and have cx try to use it again. There are 2 codes FcE2 and fce5 both relating to wifi. Same SR as before. Explained all to cx."

"cx complaint unit hasnt made much ice after repair. inspected unit 1 batch of cubes in each section freezer is 27 fridge is 43, lowside pressure 16inch freon is low. add freon to correct pressure and we have good heattransfer. cx also said after repair unit is noisey and when unit was pulled out i confimred the noise its the cindenser rattling so added some permagum to the line and noise stopped. freezer is now at 19 degrees. told cx to give 24 hours for tempps to go down and 3 days for fulll bin of ice. unit is good"
