Found that whom ever installed it forgot to cut back vents off for fan. Causing oil and cooking moisture to get pulled into unit and not be vented out. Found mag and diod to be covered in oil. Removed mag and replaced with new (part covered under 10 year warranty) replaced diod and tested unit. Now heating properly. Installed lid and hung unit. Tested again with Cx and properly working. Cx paid in full. Unit now working as intended job complete

Arrived today and found unit has been leaking oil caused by defective gear case. Removed power and got under unit to remove gear case. Found tub stuck to gear case. Had to remove lid to remove tub. Broke tub free and continued to replace gear case. Installed all parts stated by previous tech. Re assembled unit and plugged up power. Ran diagnostic cycle and unit completed quietly. Checked for errors and had none. Re calibrated unit and ran quick cycle. Unit worked correctly. No leaks and now unit is working as intended. Job complete

"Cs unit is not turning on, confirmed complaint. I found the unit does not have sufficient voltage at the oulet. Lossing voltage intermittenly. L1 has 122v but L2 is 1v. I was able to wiggle the power cord into the outlet and got unit powered up and running. Unit runs heats and blows good when powered up. Advised cutomer to call an electrician and have him diagnose why the dryer is lossing voltage."

"Cs oven not heating and smells like gas, couldnt confirm complaint. I tested unit and it oven turned preheated and cycled just fine. Tried it a few more time and it works everytime. I removed rear cover and inspected module , all seems ok. Removed from cover and main control also ok , ignitor also doesnt look bad. I cant confirm complaint. Advised customer to use oven as normal and of if acts up again to call us back. Collected for svc call. $120"

"CX complaint no cool.Found thick frost buil up on evaporator again. Ran forced defrost, it worked. Thermistor in ice 17Kohm from control board and 17Kohm fro the thermistor connector. Found compressor randomly dragging 7A and tripping the overload. Called tect line, spoke to Chris, he stated that the compressor issue should not effect the defrost operations. Since we have alresdy replaced thermistor and control 2 times, there nothing else we can do today. He is submitting all the informetions to the Whirpool engeneers."

"cx complaint time resets randomly,on display, unit has 2021 serial, needs software update, helped connect unit to app no signs for update, cx to call wifi tech support to check update, cx doesnt want unit perminently connected, tested all ops ok....... if update doesnt work may need to order console, date on box must be 6/2022 or newer"
