"i was able to access unit and first tool RC temps and found 43 degrees at the 3 shelf from top. cx does not have any products on the top 2 shelfs due to food spoiling. took a bottom drawer temp in the RC and found 24 degrees. entered diag 01=37, 02=-13, 03=29, 04=0, 05=33, 56=fan came on. everytime im here ive never heard the RC fan on. called TL (SR7735396505) TL recommended replacing the RC evap cover with thermistors due to them giving the control wrong readings. once pricing is figured out please reach out to cx to figure out money and schedule a return visit. unit needs evap cover and 2 call count.; ordrng 1 W11395558 (rc evap cover) and 1 looklook"

IM is getting good power and is harvesting and passing ran fill test on and IM is filling with water. Called techline and explained everything unit has had replaced and all my readings of temps and thermistor readings techline had me do a water dispenser fill test and it filled 8oz in 7sec which is good. Techline suggest to test voltage at fill tube heater is voltage is there replace main control and fill tube same time. power to heater isnt consistent. "CX complaint was that the unti was not spinning out the water and iteam remained wet at the end of a wash cycle. I found several error code in daig to include F0E4, F3E2, and F8E6. I was able to access and replace the water inlet valve form van stock. While accessing the inlet , I found the water supply hoses are heavaly corroded possible due to hard water. I was able to remove the S.L. and replace the valve . While the supply was powered off I found the hot side to still allow water through into a bucket. I reattatched the supply lins and foun d the hot side to be leaking before the unit . I turned the hot side supply off and advised CX to replace the water supply ines befor e unit is opperated. It seems water is dripping out due to a bad spigot. The fact that the water drip never continues and always stops after a minute or two, makes me think the dual valve is not the issue. Also the unit does not leak if they turn off the IM and dont use the dispenser. Ordering spigot which the cx is paid in full for. Cx complaint is that the unit Leaked a few day after the last repair. Upon arrival I found that the inlet valve has a crack running the length of the threads. I called MR and showed him the picture of the valve and he agreed it looks like the valve froze and cracked. The unit is against a exterior wall. I could feel a cold draft coming from behind the unit. I called TL and informed them of my findings. I spoke with Joe. He documented the findings. I am ordering the inlet valve. I informed the cx that they would need to insulate the wall behind the unit to prevent the valve from freezing again. Ran test and noticed that when unit drained you heard nothing. Pulled unit out with TF. Found drain jose shoved at least 3 ft down inside standpipe. Reset drain hose according to installation requirements. Ran test and unit is now draining properly. The F3E1 was most likely cause by this issue. Unit is working as designed. Job is complete
