"Customer complaint unit is not heating and the light is still not shutting off. I tested the unit and found the the wire was spliced but reusing the wire ends or with another wire ends. I removed the wire ends and instaled wire ends. For the side on the harness i splice new connectors matching the wire gage and tested the unit is back to working and but the light is still on. I found the yellow wire from the light is grounding to chassis pich wire. I reseated adjusted the harness and cover wire with electrical tape and the metal around the harness too. After that the light stayed on switch is good board failed relay stuck. Upon return to CX home she had pulled the entire carpet out of room. Every prior visit it has been pitch black in the room and the unit has been unplugged. Upon inspecting the room I found it is not a temp controlled room She stated that her fridge was working fine but the freezer was not freezin food. Pulled evap cover and found that what I thought was a leak was actually food and loktite glue. Pressurized unit with 150psi of nitrogen and checked all joints on evap and compressor compartment with monster bubbles and found absolutely no sign of any leak anywhere. The pressure stayed at 150 for 15-20mins without budging. It was ttruly hard to diagnose this unit with the amount of rodent urine and feeces both inside and around the unit. Vac'd unit down to 30in for 15 mins and (cont in notes); ordrng 1 look (look)
