"Cx complaint is unit not washing dishes properly. inspected and verified complaint. upon inspection cx stated he tried to fix the issue himself. unit was sticking out of the counter, the drain line was caught between the frame of the unit and the cabinet. the water line was completely disconnected from the unit and from under the sink. the drain line was uninstalled and when the cx reinstalled it put it on the outside of the unit frame which is how it became kinked when he tried to push it back in. behind the unit is an exposed junction box where the cx has the power line for the dishwasher spliced into the garbage disposal. the garbage disposal has signs of rusting and when testing draining had no water passing into it despite having a punchout. called WPTL SR#7735144124 cont in sticky; ordrng 1 look (look)"

went to install led and immediately noticed that the top rear rc led (included pics) was the only led not strobbing which in many cases is indicative of the disruption int he circuit. replaced with the fc (white) led to test and found that to indeed be the failed led. unfortunately the led ordered was white in color where as the rc leds are all silver/chrome bezel. also cx was expecting two leds in rc to be replaced. found bottom left wall led to be failed as well. will still need to order correct corresponding leds in silver bezel.; ordrng 3 W11462342 (rc led (silver))s

"cx complaint is unit locked, unable to open. inspected and verified complaint. cx stated he broke the strike trying to open the lid that was locked. the stirke is broken and would need to be replaced. cx also states unit is tripping the breaker often. checked breaker and found the unit is on an Arc Fault breaker. also found the outlet for the unit has an open hot wire. informed cx to have an electrician come out and address these issues. used extension cord to plug unit in at another plug and the unit would not turn on. power was going to the control but not leaving the control to the UI which was non-responsive. unit would need a control, console, and strike. quoted cx on cost of repair and cx wanted to contact the builder to hold them accountable. cx paid $120 service call by cc.; ordrng 1 W11457841 (strike) and 1 W11478524 (console) and 1 W11543994 (control)"

"cx complaint, gas leak reported by propane company. propane company claimed leak is coming from the line going into the appliance from the valve. i checked with electric leak detector and soapy water. unable to find leak at valve, when leak detector is brought to the hole from under the house that the line comes from, it goes off then. took pictures of this and demonstrated this to the customer. i do not beleive that this leak is coming from anything related to the appliance. job is complete."
