"CX complaint: no cool in both sections. Tested and verified complaint. FC at 37 degrees and RC at 50. Evap has ball of ice around capilary. Documented this in pics. I unplugged unit and took off compressor cover. Plugeed back in and tested amp draw. On first activation, It shot up to 16 amps, dropped to 6 amps and shut off. May be misleading if pressures in system had not regulated yet. Compressor came on a few min later and activated well except amp draw was showing 0.45. Called WPTL to document. TL asked that we get a sealed syatem tech here to test the pressures on high and low sides. Cannot reschedule diue to SS tech needed.; saved tckt"

F7e4F7e9Cx complaint unit wont wash clothes. Arrived today and inspected unit and found the two error codes above cleared error codes and ran a diagnostic cycle and during agitation and spin. It was just humming and barely moving. Lifted unit and inspected underneath and found gear case oil all over the place could not spin rotor by hand unit is going to have to be rebuilt all moving parts under unit. Explain to customer that just the motor is covered under the 10 year warranty for parts and everything else will be out of pocket. Cody customer for a pair and collected $120 for service call. "cx complaint is the is not heating, inspected unit and found the unit will run but will not heat. i then checked the centrifugal switch at the motor and found it is working properly. i then checked the ignitor, it has 68ohms. i then checked the gas valves they both checked good, flame sesor was good the .01 ohms, controling thermostat was good, hi limit thermostat was good. i then started tracing wires. i went from A on the timer to the thermostat and that was was good but from the red with a white tracer off the hi limit thermostat to the exhaust controling thermost i did not have any ohms. on the tech sheet it stated ther was a hi limit thermal fuse. i took the entire unit apart and could not find this fuse unless it was built into the harness. was not apart of the harness. unit has open; ordrng 1 W11418906 (dryer harness)"

Water valve opens but no fill. Fill tube heater measures 11+M ohms vs 215 OHMs new HTR. Unplugged P8 connector & checked control no DC voltage pins 7 & 8. Replaced control & heater. Repeat test & got 12VDC & good fill. NO LEAKS. CX went to office for a phone meeting. Did not answer when called or ran doorbell > JJ

"Cx states that unit not always drying completely on automatic cycle. Tested unit, found unit heating properly. Based on previous repair and cx description the unit is working properly but articles of clothing and/or the dryer balls they use in the unit are hitting the moisture sensor and taking time off when some articles in the drum are still damp. Cx states that loads of sheets and like fabrics are okay but mixed loads have the issue. Advised cx that this may be the case with variable loads and that dryer balls can also cause this issue. Advised him to separate loads or use timed dry. Cx states that he's had previous units that work perfectly on automatic and that he does not want to change his wash habits for the unit, cx is hoping for an exchanged."

Cx complaint unit not making ice. Arrived today and inspected and found it was not. Inspected harness at bottom of door and no tears. Placed unit into diagnostic cycle and ran test 44. Ice maker completed a harvest cycle. Ran test 45 and I could hear the valve try and kick on but was not dispensing water into ice maker. Pulled unit out and inspected dual valve that was changed by another complaint prior to us. Found valve was not plugged in correctly. Re connected valve and ran test. 45 again and now Ive maker filled with water. Tested water dispenser and that filled with water as well. Explained to Cx to give 24 hours for ice. Unit is now working as intended. Job complete

"F8E4 float switchCx complaint constant beeping in middle of cycle. Arrived today and inspected. Found error code above. Removed kick plate and inspected float switch and tray. Had water in tray. Removed water and ran a cycle to see if I could find a leak. Inspected insulation and had no water marks, while running could not find anything leaking. Ran a cycle for 15 minutes and forced drain. Cx stated they did not use soap on dishes before placing them in. Cx uses generic pods. Water in tray did not smell like soap or have any color so I dont believe this was a over suds issue. Could not find and leaks from unit. Cx will use unit and give us a call back of issue happens again. Unit is working as intended. Job complete"
