cx complaint is the unit is not filling water. i put unit into test mode. i found f6e2 fill valve electrical problem and f6e4 open float switch. i ran auto test cycle and found no water entering the unit. i replaced the water valve and tested unit. unit still had same result. i ran cycle again and testede for voltage at the p6-7 to p6-9 and had 122vac. i checked float switch at p6-5 to p6-4 and float switch is working properly. i checked power at the water valve connector and have 15vac. i checked harness and found from p6-9 to p1 at the connector and found this wire open. . unit will need new harness. part instock at tribles; ordrng 1 W10919642 (harness)

"cx complaint is the unit is not working. inspected unit and found when the start button is pressed. the unit make a sound like the motor is going to start then it stops. but the time counts down. i checked incoming power and found the unit is getting 215vac from l1 to l2. l1 to n 123vac l2 to n 125vac. i checked for errror codes unit had f4e3 air flow error and f2 e1 ui error. i ran test mode, unit did same thing and shows f1e1 error code. checked power from p9-1 to p8-3 and pressed start. motor made a sound and then stopped. my meter showed move ment but this was so short it did not display voltage. i checked door switch. door switch is responding when door is open or closed. i checked motor curcit from p8-4 to p9-1 and have 1.7ohms. the tech sheet states if i have 1-6 ohms; ordrng 1 W11537215 (control)"

Cx complaint temps are swinging a lot and heard a noise. Arrived today and inspected unit. Found temps to be set at 35 degrees in RC and -5 degrees in FC. Took temps and had 40 degrees in RC and 0 degrees in FC put unit into diagnostic mode and tested all thermistors and passed. Tested evap fan and Ive box fan. They worked no noise. Air baffle sounded normal and operated correctly. Ice maker is working and had no error codes. No frost build up in FC. Cx stated its been working as it should for a little over a week. Cx had been writing down temps but its not consistent enough to be able to use for real data. Set temps to recommended setting and bringing back two data loggers to record temps in RC and FC.
