Ice maker thermistor registering cooling than harvest temperature. Ran test 57 and the ice maker cycled properly. Ran test 45 and it did not fill, but tried to. Ran test 19 for 2 minutes and then reran test 45. Ice maker filled properly. Checked compartment temperatures and found the ice box around 20 and slowly dropping and the freezer is at 0. Ice box fan is working properly. Bin sensor is working properly. Contacted tech support with findings. Determined that the issue is either with the ice box thermistor or the ice maker thermistor. Then ran a quick wash with extra rinse and unit went thorugh with no issues. Found that the pressure hose had a slight kink and was able to reroute to correct. Unit checks good no further work needed

"Cx complaint unit will not start. Arrived today, Cx just moved in new build. Found when going into diagnostic mode I have a F7E2 error code. Cleared codes and tried to run cycle. Unit sat for 2 minutes and did nothing then started beeping and draining. And displayed same error code. Checked power going into control and have 122vac for some reason control is not sending proper signal to start a wash. Not get any voltage at inlet valve when trying to start wash. I could not get the unit out becaseu is tight to the unit and the customer had a customer panel that is removable but one of the screw broke he is calling carpenter to get it out so we can installed the board. He also stated that unit is leaking found the evap tray is bowed and will need drain pan kit. Call customer when drain pan is here and he will have the board removed so we can installed the new board and also check the drain tube for obstruction. cx complaint is the unit not making ice. cx said sometimes it will run and make a batch or 2 but then it stops again for weeks. cx also said IM is louder than it used to be and it sometimes takes 20 seconds between IM cycling and water valve turning on. confirmed complaint. bin had a small amount of ice but was not full. IM cycled but it making a clicking noise. "cx complaint is moisture/water at the top of the door causing moisture and condensation on the underside of the countertop and cabinets beside unit. checked for codes and found F8E1,F8E2. cleared codes, ran service cycle. at the end of the cycle top of door was dry. i found unit is draining slow. cleared debry from drain line. cx had a tub gasket on hand and old one is the most likely causing of the moisture leaking. replaced door gasket with the one cx had on hand. ran cycle again. still no moisture. cx paid service call."
