I checked the temp of the food in the RC, it was very accurate (32.9). The cx stated that the RC was originally set to 37 degree and some cooked hamburgers went bad according to the smell (not visually such as mold, discoloration etc.). After that she set the unit to 33, and the temp is accurate. I explained how fridge temps are the food's temp not the ambient temp. Her instrument shows 36degrees but the food temp is 33degrees. So she feels the unit is not reaching the set temp.The unit is working as designed. I recommended show adjust it back to 37degrees and document by pix or videos if food goes bad again."

came out to resolve the issue. upon arrival found that the sealed system is in good shape. amp drae between .65 and .7 amps. LR agrees ss should not be tapped into at this time. frost pattern fully forming. unit was in defrost when i arrived and coil was clear and then i let unit cool and frost pattern formed. evaporator fan is good to go. thermistor was in range. ordering a new control and thermistor to replace together due to the unit going into a defrost prematurely or staying in there too long. will return once the parts come in; ordrng 1 W11446726 (control) and 1 W10316760 (thermistor)
