Cx complaint unit not operating and just buzzing. Was able to access unit and found unplugged. Plugged in and found drain pump running. Canceled cycle and ran auto test which went through no issue. Verified nothing in pressure hose. Ran calibration. At time of visit unit is operating as designed no further work needed

"CX complaint: unit tripping breaker and acting out of cycle. Tested and verified complaint. In diag, it immediately activated high speed spin. at start of disg cycle. Under unit i found capacitor leaking all over components around it. Ordering capacitor, belt, actuator, CAM, motor, and control (just in case) and marking lid lock and lower harness (just in case) for return visit. I forced lock to open so definitely replace that. Customers complaint is squeaking noise when spinning. They showed me a video of the noise because it does not make it everytime. I was able to hear the noise during testing and it sounds like the gearcase. NTO parts.; ordrng 1 W11449840 (gearcase) and 1 W10721967 (cam) and 1 WPW10006384 (belt)

Client issues that the burners will randomly spark throughout cooking. Couldn't confirm the issue after 40 minutes of testing. I put a Pat on the stove and shook it and try to make the recreation Cooking simulation to see if I can make it randomly spark but nothing happened. Client said they will record and see if when it happens.

Cx complaint is that the unit is leaking from under the unit. Upon arrival I found that the water lines are secure and dry. I then entered diag and found that there were no error codes. I then ran the diag cycle and found that the drain hose has developed a pin hole and is leaking as soon as it started filling. I am ordeirng the drain hose. Please send part to cx per cx request. cx concern the unit not cooling properly .. found two thermonaters in rc section one reading 35 and other 40 .. the one reading 40 isnt a refridgerator thermonater.. there is very minimal items in rc and fc .. rc is almost empty .. i measured fc temp at 7 and rc temp at 40 w/ thermocoupler on meter.. contatcted wpl and measured amp draw at .6amps on compressor. Wpl recommened to increase food packaging in unit to maintain proper temps . Job complete

CX complaint is the unit is giving error F2E1 stuck key. Inspected unit and found one button not working at all then unit gives error. Puleed unit and replaced control unit tested and is working properly.

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Refrigerator isn't cooling properly. Checked the pressures to the unit. I'm getting 110 on the high side and 0 on the low side. I then. Checked the Evaporator. No Dye on Evaporator or the Compressor Section. I then removed all refrigerant to the unit. Pulled a deep vacuum. I then filled the unit with 4.8 Oz's. Pressure are now 200 Psi and 1 Bar on the low side. Evaporator has a really good frost pattern. Unit is working as Designed. ( any questions please check Sd Pictures. )

Customer complaint during convection bake fan makes a grounding noise after previous text visit. He had found the fan blade to be bent arrived today and disassembled unit replaced fan blade with new preheated oven to 350° and never heard the noise unit is now working as intended job complete

unit has been moved into the garage. when pierced the unit had positive pressure in it. replaced the compressor dryer and valve. vacuummed the system down and filled to weight. checked for leaks and tested. the unit is now cooling good. the unit is now good

"Customer complaint about a week ago unit started making a loud metal noise coming from the freezer compartment. After about a day the noise had stopped and not come back for about a week now call Techline and was told to check the Mr. readings from control in the back of the unit And made sure temperatures inside freezer were correct to thermistors. Speaking with customer he did not want me to pull the unit out due to being dragged onto the floor even though I would have a moving mat that he did not want to move the unit because it is working right now and is afraid if he moves it, the unit would stop working again Inspected the freezer door and found gasket is sealing all the way, but it is possible because the freezer has so much stuff that the door may not have shut all the way little frost particles on rails inside of drawers tells me it is possible the door was not closed all the way And it has not happened since September when last part was installed, check temperatures and found 37 and one which were set on consul. Customer also has a thermostat inside of freezer and shows the average temperature which is also the same. Unit is working as intended job complete"

"The customer's complaint was that unit was making a violent spinning sound. Confirm the issue and ran a test. We put a whole lot of towels and comforters in the unit. Got them soaking wet, drained it and did a high-speed spin. Client did not notice the sound at all. And it was spinning for about 5 to 10 minutes. Client said this violent style only happens at the beginning of the spin cycle. I explained to the client that is the machine calibrating the weight of the clothes and then it stabilized to a solid Spin speed. cx complaint knob issue and steam coming out of oven wen cooking vegatables said she just cooked patatoes bake at 325 and steam was coming out of vent and steaming up control panel. i inspected unit found door is sealing no error codes. preheated oven to 325 and is working good must be from the moisture in the food. called techline spoke to bruce and he said to cover food if this is happening. instructed cx to cover food and to only cook on 1 rack when cooking veggies. i was able to fix the knob the mteal sleeve came out. unit is good to go
