Ran Service Test on the unit. Found that the Agitator will move when it is supposed to be Agitating. When the basket is supposed to spinning the unit will only spin the Agitator. Clutch will not engage. Unit will need the Motor & Clutches. Replaced mylar kit and hing extensions per prior tech diagnosis. Tripled up on mylar washers because CX stated this is the 3rd time this repair has been done in four years. After repairing unit I then tested and opened and closed doors about 30 times. Issue seemed to be resolved and then came back. Hingess again making click clack noise. Called WPTL and spoke to Austin He suggests ordering part 3 under refrigerator door parts which is the hinge. Wants me to inform CX that if the door is constantly opened all the way that there is a possibility of this happeneing again. Informed CX of WP's recommendation. Ordering hinges. "cx complaint is the unit has f2e1 error code. i found the unit has this error code displayed. i checked for error codes and found f2e1 stuck key and f3e0 temp prob open or shorted. the user inter face that was ordered and sent was used in the box. user inter face has scratch marks and no protective wrap on the user interface. cx also stated front left burner is staying on high on any setting. i checked front left burner and found on the lowest setting the burner will not turn off and is on the entire time. i checked the. this is due to a bad switch. i found the unit will need new user interface, front left switch. control and temp probe. all parts are in stock at tribles. ordering parts,; ordrng 1 W10915815 (panl-cntrl) and 1 W10917724 (switch-inf) and 1 W11100513 (control board) and 2 WP3196068 (lens light)s and 1 W10833885 (sensor)"

cx complaint that unit is freezing items in the rc section set at 37 degrees. when arrived ofund they had water bottles on mulitple shelfs getting frozen and had internal temp meter and also the temp probe in the water both reading @28 degrees.. did find the fc section was set to -3 as well. adjust both section temps verified the fan operations and thermistor checks along with the air baffle opening and closing... ordering one data logger now with the temps adjust to return drop and see if possible resolved bumping the fc up from -3 will resolve ordering one data logger and return to drop etc.; ordrng 1 datalogger (datalogger) and 1 seeMA (SEE MA) and 1 LOOK (LOOK)
