"Cx complaint that the unit is rinsing multiple times when single rinse is selected. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found an error code: f0e5. I cleared the code and ran a service cycle, all components passed with no issues. I did notice the hot water has low pressure, I removed the hose and turned on the water. The low pressure is from the home not an issue with the unit. The multiple rinses are occuring from an imbalanced load (the cx admits the issue occur when washing sheets and comforts). When the unit detects the load is imbalance it repeats the rinse cycle help adjust the placement of the clothes. I explained the issues with the cx, he understood the unit is working as designed."
