CX complaint about unable to turn valves states they will lock & unlock on its own never seen that happen in my experience but did found a problem with switches randomly staying on or not igniting also found that seals are old & causing spills to go on switches not protecting them also grommets getting on the way causing difficulty for the CX to turn valves on/off since grommet wont allow valves to be pressed down; ordrng 4 WP3188425 (valve seal)s and 1 W10854963 (harns-wire switch) and 5 WPW10559494 (grommet)s

"Cx complaint is unit not cooling. Tested inspected and verifed complaint. Found the unit on arrival to be 5 in the FC and 47 in the RC. Found RC thermistor reading 3.1k when at 64 degrees which is about 5 degrees off. Also found the FC evap fan to be spinning slower than normal. Fan had 122VAC going to it but didnt seem to be spinning at the proper RPM. Ordering control due to the issue being intermitten and according to the cx, some days its colder than others in the RC. cx says the unit stopped mid cycle and had a flashing pf error and he couldnt get the error to cancel. found no error codes in memory. the unit is filling draining and spinning good in diagnostics. started a cycle and unplugged the unit to get the pf error code and i was able to cancel it. kept messing with the unit and i got the unit to count down and then show a pf error code and doesnt allow any selections. replaced the control and the console and when plugged back in the unit was still showing pf without being able to cancel. reset and the unit now shows 0:00 with the door locked. called tech support and spoke with an ed. file number 7735744529. tech sending to eng for next step; saved tckt
