Cx complaint that the unit is not completing cycles. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found an error code: f9e1. I cleared the code and ran a manual drain pump test. The pump just hummed. I checked the pump and found a metal shirt collar stay stuck in the drain pump. I removed the shirt stay and tested the unit for he cx. The unit is working as designed. When I ran a test cycle the unit squeaked pretty loud during the spin cycle. The belt and clutch should be replaced to resolve the noise issue. I quoted the cx for the parts replacement and collected the service call fee by CC.; ordrng 1 W11239857 (belt 54.88) and 1 W10721967 (clutch 39.91)

Went to pull unit out of cabinet and found I can only get unit out about 12 and the power line is pulling it back. Could not find a junction box anywhere. Must be directly behind it. Removed console and control. Replaced parts stated by tech. Powered unit on and still no heat. Unit needs a bake element. I cannot physically pull this unit out do to how it connected. arrived brand new building called number he said park in the back and didnt have the complaint. went inside everyone speaks spanish. looked at unit everything is there not hooked up so plugged in no errors then unpluged. spun dum by hand and makes a squeeking like noise. found drum is hitting bellow. removed rear panel and removed rotor and it seemed tight. reinstalled rotor and tighten it good and now tub is not hitting the bellow its close but not touching or making the nosie anymore. i think i fixed unit if that was the issue its two far away from laundry room for my to hook up brand new floors. unit should be good to go

Upper unit part needs to be cleaned out so charged CX extra labor to get that done on return. This is a 22yr old built in unit.CX's mother wrote check out before office reminded me to collect for 2nd tech. She only had one check on her. Charging CX 2467.00 for repair they paid 767.00 by check for SC, parts and shipping and owe $1700.00 for labor on return. Ran test and completed test. I tested quick cycle and the unit is completting the cyel, filling agitating, spinning and draining. CAlle techline because the customer does not want this unit and want a unit that will clean. I tried to explained to him that he has an agitator and that means different proccess on how to loan and wash cloths. the unit needs be filled less because of water saving or use deep water wash. "cx complaint is the unit is leaking from the dispenser and the right door is not closing on its own, in found the door not closing on its own due to the lower cam not sitting in the dowl rod on lower hinge. i removed door and reseated the lower cam onto the lower door hinge. i inspe4cted dispenser and found the ice door not seated to the door. there is a gap in the dispenser door letting warn air enter in through the dispenser door, there is frost in the ice chute and at the top of the chute. i removed dispenser and checked area. i reinstalled the dispenser assembly and still had the same isssue. unit will need new dispenser., ordering part. part is in stock at tribles; ordrng 1 W11423781 (dispeser)"
