Checked inline connection to rear of unit, pushed harness in and made sure pins were fully seated. Ran diagnostic test again, continuity re-established. I ran into this same problem on the same model in the past few weeks and the connection dropped off again after that visit. Techline advised ordering a primary control and main harness to address issue on previous unit. "866-550-5136 file cx complaint is the unit had a thermal event in the unit. cx stated a fire started in the unit with out the unit being used, i found the turn table ring caught on fire and melted a spot on the turn table glass. cx put the fire out and unplugged the unit. i cleared the area and found the paint in the area this happened had a brown mark that did not come off when cleaning. i put unit into test mode and tested all function. all fans are working. and the unit is heating. i called safety team and explained the issue. they advised me to give the cx the safety teams number and file number. the safety will explain a solution."

replaced cold and hiot valve then wentg into diag unit showed f0e2 so cleared it then ran test 12 and f4e1 popped up so cleared it then tried again and then f1e1 popped up tried 2 moe times same issue. control got a little wet but is right next to valves so called techline documented issue and said could be a control issue. went to van grabbed hair dryer and used it on control and dried it all up and tested it worked good then f4e1 popped back up so dried that connector out and retested and now unit is working control got a little wet. unit is good to go

"cx compaint is the unit did not cool well for 3 days after the repair, cx stated her freezer was not down to temps. unit was in stand by at this time compressor was not running, frezzer temp was at 7f and rc was at 40f. i checked drier and found it was very cold. i removed refrigerant and when vaccuming the system down i herd a pop sound and my gauges went up then back down into a vaccum. this was due to a restriction in the sysyem. i then filled to 41g of r600a. unit is now working properly"

"complaint is unit not drying. when i arrived unit was running and clothes seemed hot and damp. i found unit is heating somewhat. temp prob reached 120, i normally see around 200 inside the drum while running. unit is also making a buzzing noise. took unit apart. found nothing out of place. all rollers/idler spin smoothly. reassembled unit and noise was gone. replaced element with preIDed part and tested unit again. unit is now heating to 135 when checked at the rear of the unit with duct removed. unit is working as designed."
