Cx complaint unit not making ice. Arrived today and inspected unit. Found FC door not sealing on right side. Looked inside and unit is full of ice build up. Ran test 56 and had error E1. With the FC door not sealing. Could be pulling warm air into ice maker causing it to be to warm. Removed evap cover and removed all ice. Replaced evap fan and harness that last tech diagnosed. Made sure all rails were clear and working as they should. Replaced bins and installed door. Now with everything installed correctly door seals all the way around. Set temps to recommended setting and explained to Cx to give unit 24 hours and check for ice. Unit is now working as intended. Job complete

"Cx complaint is no cool. Tested inspected and verifed complaint. Found no evidence of a leak on the condenser, evap, compressor or any other exposed lines. Cx stated unit worked for about a week and then stopped cooling over night. On arrival unit was plugged in for about an hour and had no frost pattern. Pressures were 90psi and 15in vacuum. Evidence of a restriction. Removed drier and verifed airflow thrpough condenser. Brazed on new drier and verifed airflow through evap and to the suction line going into compressor. Brazed suction line and vacumed down. Refilled with 5oz of 134a. Unit is now working as designed. Job is complete."

I cleared the code and ran a service cycle, all components passed with no issues. I started a normal cycle and the lid would not lock. I checked the lid lock bezel area and found dirt and debris. I cleared the dirt and debris and tested the lid lock multiple times, the unit is now working as designed. I explained to the cx about the spin speed button, for best spinning/wringing keep spin speed on high."
