Temps at time of visit items in freezer were -1F and rc was 37F. Ran test 1 37F, 2 14F, 3 35F, 4 -2F, 5 35F, 14 4F, 16 22F, 23 66F, 24 62F, 25 66F 26 57F, 28 37F, 29 5F, 30 33F, 31 11F, 33 32F, 34 -16F, 35 29F, 36 -13F, 56 pass, 57 pass, 58 pass, 59 pass. Found the pan stops failed causing drawer to come out to far and interfere with closure and allow in warm air. Contacted techline and spoke to ED went over the findings and at this time no parts needed other than pan stops. Unit is making ice .. pressures were -18in and 115 psi.. equalized to 5psi and 115psi in 15mins, didnt want to equalize pressure .. contatcted wpl techline and they stated there seems to be a restriction in system .. last visit , i flushed system w/ N2 and atleast got airflow from low side to drier.. likley restriction at 3way or evap/ tubing .. Need couplers to attach 3way valve and try to flush possible restriction out / verify air flow to each evap.. Cx also said that the center burner does not always stay ignited. I found that when going from simmer to the higher heat it does not always stay ignited at the transition point. I found that the burner head has debris in it and is not allowing the gas to stay ignited. cx complaint is with temps and door swing. doors opens and closes as they should. shes complaining on how fridge door flings open and things on door shelves rattle or fall over. shes pulling door open and lettig go and allowing door to fling open and back. took temp readings of 2 in freezer 37 in fridge and units set to norm in both sections. tested and checked unit. noticed all shelves packed to back wall. pulled everything in some to open up back wall. with upper shelf packed air flow cant flow down back wall and will hover on the top and things will freeze as thats where all the cold air is coming from. advised cx to give unit a few days and see how it does with adjustments. unit checks. if issue comes back we will order damper. no parts needed as of now. job complete.

Landlord has a handiman build a platform to put their units on, but the platform is installed on top of the unstable flooring, which does not resolve the issue. Floor pitch is too severe to correct for with the feet. Landlord is refusing to properly repair the floor according to the tenant. Floor issue will need to be resolved before any further work can be performed on the unit, if needed. Floor is likely the only issue here."

Cxcomplaint is that the icemaker is not working and the bin has failed. Upon arrival I ran test 120 and found that the icemaker is getting stuck and the motor is clicking loudly. It is unable to finish the harvest cycle. I also found that the bin has failed. The front of the panel is bulged out from the ice crusher pushing ice into it. I replaced the ice maker and tested it. Blew through the Pressure Hose. No air leaks. Installed new Pressure Hose. Cleared the error code. Ran Service Test on the unit. Unit went from C00 - C08. Unit is working as Designed.
