Custoemr complaint unit oven is cooking too hot. Customer stated that she was cooking and what she was cooking it was done 5 min before and she states that that means is running hot. And she is a baker and she knows something is wrong. I ran a bake cycle and tested to 350. Unit heated to 350 and first cycle got to 359 and the lowest 325 and the highest got to 365 and the unit is about 5 degrees bellow i could not find how to calibrate the ovven but the unit is around the set temp so is good.

CX complaint is WM trips breaker. Inspected/tested and found washer GFCI outlet. I pulled amp draw on all cycles and it would spike at about 7a and settle to around 3.5 in any sin fuction. "I disassembled unit to find the black gas pipe is the wrong shape and wont line up with the hole on the back panel. I tried removing old gas pipe but it destroyed the gas valve and it wont come off. Reordering gas burner kit. The old pipe has a s-shape to it the new has a L-shape with a flexible gas line attached. It wont fit. I put the unit back together but its not 100%. together; ordrng 1 279726 (burner-gas) and 1 looklook (burner assy is not fitting , black gas pipe is the wrong shape and hitting the back panel not lining up with hole. We need the s-shaped burner kit without the flexible hose.)"

Cx complaint no water at dispenser or ice being produced. Inspected unit and tested found this is the case. Started to make sure the water was on. Down in basement water line is an old T valve in ceiling. Worked valve to make sure no clogs. Loosened line and had water coming out. Removed filter and tested here the valve turn on but no movement of water. Pulled unit out and inspected valves. Both connected correctly and powering on but dual valve sounded weak. Unit was working fine one day and then stopped. Ordering both valves and filter head in case. That way next job is complete. Tested unit before making repairs and found spigot was not dripping. Found IM dripping from ice build up from intermitent operation. Tooke entire IM assembly apart and tested each component and narrowed issue to be either the IM not calling for water or the switch. Tried to jump the valave and it worked 2 times and water leaked all inside door down to dispensing area and then it stopped working all together. Ordering IM and upper switch. Deducted $84.57 for spigot return from CX parts. CX paid $127.97 for IM and switch. Replaced control as per previous diagnosis. Tested unit and now am getting more normal display but fading in and out and sometimes just showing a 1. Voltage into control is 125 vac and we are getting 10vdc and 6 vdc into UI. Unit is running cycle now but UI is fading in and out still. Ordeering UI and UI jumper. Also ordering left 3rd tier mount assembly and this part is not covered so CX is purchasing this. CX paid 14.00 in cash for part. Upon testing unit i found motor is working properly. I found insufficient voltage which i traced back to terminal block. I found power cord overheated from loose connection at terminal block. Also wire melted on appliance side close to the terminal block. Ordereing terminal block wire set. CX will ned to be refunded for motor and also 15 shipping was charged twice so another 15 to be refunded minus the cost of the terminal block wire set at 63.11. 258.22+15=273.22-63.11=210.11 to be refunded. I then noticed the air Tower was able to move back and forth but it was locked into the bar. I found the lower screw holding the shelf rack in the center of the air Tower the screw head was broken off. I replaced screw to secure it and I replace damper control with thermster harness on damper control.. I called tech line and documented the repairs with replacing the Amber control. "Customer complaint is that the unit is making a sound. I verified complaint by going through test mode and turning on the evaporator fan, compressor and condenser fan, damper control, I asked if the damper control was the issue because it was a little loud. Customer stated no that's not the sound. I asked customer if she had a recording of the sound. Customer showed me a recording of the sound and when they opened up the freezer door the sound got much louder. I found the first technicians diagnosis was most likely correct when ordering the fan and fan blade. Due to the sound getting louder as the customer opened up the freezer door and was videotaping before outside of the unit before opening the door and I could hear a loud buzzing sound. Did not hear any sound coming from the compressor or condenser fan. I found unit will need new evaporator fan and evaporator fan motor. Also notice that looks like something froze that was liquid and kind of exploded inside the freezer. When replacing the evaporator fan could detect please help clean the interior of the freezer for the customer.; ordrng 1 W11024089 (Fan motor) and 1 WP2169142 (Blade fan)"

Element replaced and tested. Unit is working properly. Old part left with customer.

"cx complaint that unit is not draining again, when arrived found the unit to have the harness broken inside the head connections again after the harness was replaced aklready,.. has to re order W11643701 and schd when in to return cx is calling wp about issue bc issue had been ongoing.. call to reschd; ordrng 1 W11643701 (lower harness)"

"cx complaint unit does not clean dishes. inspected unit and entered diag and found 0 saved error codes. ran auto test and found unti finshed with out issue. inspected spray arms and found 0 clogs. found cx is using rinse aid, cascade platinum detergent. i found unit is super clean on the inside. wash pump is spraying water and i can hear it hitting door. unit is working as designed. unit checks good."

As per previous visit was able to access unit and with the help of SR replace the parts and test found bake 27.7 Ohms and broil 15.2 Ohms but thermostat was reading OL ordering parts and once in office will need to set return with 2 tech; ordrng 1 W11165152 (thermostat) and 1 W11034459 (thermostat)

cx complaint FC and top RC lights are out. inspected unit and found FC led light is faulty. unit falls under Technical Service Pointer #: W11460554 Rev I (S191AQ). replaced FC led and found RC lights came back. unit now checks good.

upon arrival unti was unplugged and in the garage. restored power to confirm previous diag. compressor powered on with no issue. attached guages to identify system pressures. found low side showing in a 20-25inch vacuum and a max of 25psi on the high side. unit has no remaining 134a from previous repair and absolutely has a leak in the system. unit will need several components moving forward to complete repair.; ordrng 1 W11291123 (evaporator) and 1 W11548259 (condenser) and 1 W11099736 (tube)
