Also wire melted on appliance side close to the terminal block. Ordereing terminal block wire set. Tooke entire IM assembly apart and tested each component and narrowed issue to be either the IM not calling for water or the switch. Tried to jump the valave and it worked 2 times and water leaked all inside door down to dispensing area and then it stopped working all together. Ordering IM and upper switch. Deducted $84.57 for spigot return from CX parts. CX paid $127.97 for IM and switch. Cx complaint no water at dispenser or ice being produced. Inspected unit and tested found this is the case. Started to make sure the water was on. Down in basement water line is an old T valve in ceiling. Worked valve to make sure no clogs. Loosened line and had water coming out. Removed filter and tested here the valve turn on but no movement of water. Pulled unit out and inspected valves. Both connected correctly and powering on but dual valve sounded weak. Unit was working fine one day and then stopped. Ordering both valves and filter head in case. That way next job is complete. "I disassembled unit to find the black gas pipe is the wrong shape and wont line up with the hole on the back panel. I tried removing old gas pipe but it destroyed the gas valve and it wont come off. Reordering gas burner kit. The old pipe has a s-shape to it the new has a L-shape with a flexible gas line attached. It wont fit. I put the unit back together but its not 100%. together; ordrng 1 279726 (burner-gas) and 1 looklook (burner assy is not fitting , black gas pipe is the wrong shape and hitting the back panel not lining up with hole. We need the s-shaped burner kit without the flexible hose.)"

Unit heated to 350 and first cycle got to 359 and the lowest 325 and the highest got to 365 and the unit is about 5 degrees bellow i could not find how to calibrate the ovven but the unit is around the set temp so is good.
