Inspected the unit. Found that the Cx is saying that the Refrigerator is Dispensing Water Slowly from the Dispenser. I then By - pasted the Water Filter Head Housing by Disconnecting the Blue Water Line. Which is coming straight from the Main Water Inlet Valve. Water is barely coming into the unit. I then checked the House main shut off for the Refrigerator. Water line gose through the floor then into the basement. Cx has a Saddle Valve. Cx will need to get this replaced by a licensed plumber. Also advised the cx to make sure that the pressure is 40 - 70 Psi. Unit is working as Designed. ( Any questions please check Sd Pictures.)

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Fan Motor runs to long after Cooking. Ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. F2E1 = Stuck Key. Tested all Keys. No Stuck Key. Advised that the cx doesn't hold any keys down. Cleared Error Codes. Called Whirlpool Techline Ref #. Per Whirlpool Techline this is normal operations of the unit. They advised if the cx doesn't want to Open the Door at the end of the cycle. The cool down period is a lot longer as safety. Cx doesn't want to contact customer service. Unit is working as Designed.

"CX complaint is dryer not drying fast enough. Inspected unit and found nothing wrong with it. Air flow tested good 3 times. Heater working as designed. short venting so no clog. In talking to contact person they informed me that when they are putting the gloves and towels into dryer they are still soaking wet. Took a look at load in washer and it was completely overloaded with gloves and hand towels. This is causing WM not to ring out load and tus increasing dry times. CX only uses timed dry so the moisture sensor has nothing to do with the propblem. Explained to CX to lessen the washer load, and also clean out dryer vent every use. This dryer is working proerply and as designed. Job is complete"

"Confirmed cx complaint unit leaking. Found excessive suds build up. Ran unit through multiple fill, wash, drain cycles. Unit is full of suds, more suds in unit after the last wash than the the first three attempts. Found unit filter partially clogged, possible soap backing up into unit. Advised cx to run unit empty and check it mid cycle for suds and to run unit as many times as necessary to clear out suds. Advised cx use liquid cascade to the half mark in the dispenser. Pictures enclosed of suds."

"Cs unit is making a rattling noise, couldnt confirm complaint. I ran unit for 5mins and the only noise i heard was the glass plate roller wheels and the side panel. I was able to tighten up the screws to the side panels and clean off debri from the floor of mw. I quitted it down alot. Asked customer if she hears the noise and she said not at this time. Unit is now working properly. POP on file."
