One issue is them opening it improperly from left corner which I explained to them was not the correct way. The right side of FC door is not sealing against body of unit. I tried to heat the seal and reform it but othing worked. Ordering new FC door in case the liner is warped as well as reordering gasket. Put foam tape on unit to limit gap. Cx complaint that the unit is making a rattling sound when the unit drains. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found an error code: f2e1. I ran manual drain test and heard the noise. I removed the drain pump and did not fine anything inside near the impeller. I ran the pump detached from the hoses and did not hear the noise. I put the pump back in place and heard the noise again. The unit needs a new drain pump to resolve the issue. I left the cx with a quote and collected the service call fee. Found pulley on cam the nut came loose and belt popped off. Causing it to burn hole through cover. Removed cover and cleaned under unit. Replaced belt and cam with van stock. Tested unit and now works as intended. Could here a small clicking start to happen. Found small sign of gear case oil. Asked Cx and he had stated its been doing that for a while. Possible gear failure in future. Made sure customer was aware. Unit is working as intended. "Cx complaint is that the unit is not defrosting again. Upon arrvial I found that the evap cover has frost built up on it. I entered diag mode and ran the forced deforst, test 38. I found that the unit began defrosting. I then tested the voltage to the element at the P2 connector and found 89.4 V. I also tested the FC thermistor at the P5 connector and found 7.10K Ohms. The FC temp was at 28 degrees when I tested the thermistor. I am ordering the control and FC thermistor.
