Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Washer is making a loud noise while in use. Checked the Gearcase Section of the unit. Found that the Splutch Nut had came off of the Gearcase. Fixed the Splutch. Leveled the unit the best I could. Unit had a Dishwasher Hose with the Regular Drain Hose. Removed the Dishwasher Drain Hose. Tested the unit. No noise. Unit is working as Designed. ( Advised the cx to watch there load size and Soap amount. Also advised the cx that this unit can't wash blankets / comforters. Advised those items had to go to dry cleaners or laundry mat.)

Inspected the unit. Found that the Cx is saying that the Refrigerator is Dispensing Water Slowly from the Dispenser. I then By - pasted the Water Filter Head Housing by Disconnecting the Blue Water Line. Which is coming straight from the Main Water Inlet Valve. Water is barely coming into the unit. I then checked the House main shut off for the Refrigerator. Water line gose through the floor then into the basement. Cx has a Saddle Valve. Cx will need to get this replaced by a licensed plumber. Also advised the cx to make sure that the pressure is 40 - 70 Psi. Unit is working as Designed. ( Any questions please check Sd Pictures.)

Fixed the Right Slide to the Meats Drawer. Door is now closing all the way. Checked the Right Door. By the Door handle there is a black mark. Whirlpool Techline Ref #. Sent Whirlpool Techline a picture. Per Whirlpool Techline this is out of Cosmetic Warranty. Cx will need to go through customer care at this time. Door Skin Part number is W10800811. Don't go without parts if the cx calls back and gets approved by customer care.

Customer complaint is that the lower oven light will not turn off and will not start a cycle in the lower oven. The unit will not start a cycle on the lower oven because it thinks that the door is open. I found that if I pressed the door switch a number of times and held it in then it will respond. I put unit into test mode did not find any error codes at this time. Customer also had a complain about Sabbath mode when it was in Sabbath mode that the unit would just shut down. Customer stay in this happened about a couple months ago. I checked door switch found door switch not responding through test mode and switch and component activation test. But if I pressed it about three times and held the door switch in then it would. I found unit had bad latch. I then replaced lower latch. I tested unit through multiple scenarios with sabbath mode and unit is working properly at this time.

F9e1 long drain CX complaints when using machine that they receive this error code. Arrive today with heavy wet clothes inside unit. Clothes were very wet inspected unit and found no clogs in dream wiring harness was connected correctly. Inspected pressure switch and found no clogs or tears. Ran a quick wash cycle and unit filled all the way and then did nothing. I was able to lean the unit back when it was filled and unit started to drain. Called techline and they reccomended i replace the IM. I had 6.4VDC going to the ice box fan. Techline said fan should get 5 VDC (see sticky). In test 36 fan is surging and spinning very slowly. Normal operation when there is more load on the circuit, the fan doesnt even come on. Ordering control and IM. Please verify operation of ice box fan after parts are replaced. If parts do not resolve issue, techline must be called to see if a wire is broken in the cabinet. Cannot reschedule at this time; ordrng 1 WPW10675033 (cntrl-elec) and 1 W11579560 (IM)"

"Cx complaint unit won't spin out clothes. Entered diag and found error code F0E5 off balance. Ran test cycle and found unit attempted to spin but only the washplate moved. Was unable to remove washplate but found the basket isn't seeded to the drive shaft. The basket can move back and fourth without moving outer tub.
