Cx complaint unit wont power on. Arrived today and inspected unit. Found no response from console. Even when trying to put into diagnostic mode. Pulled power and tested at wall and have 120.8vac. Pulled console and checked incoming power to board. Had 120vac. Removed only console and replaced with new. Plugged power back up and unit came on. Tested unit in diag mode and made sure no error codes were present. Re calibrated unit. Unit is now working as intended. Job complete Cx paid in full

"SR// 7735786068. F2E1 Stcuck key. Customer complaint unit is tunring on and off after starting the unit. Customer stated that he has wrinkle control off. I ran a test cycle and the motor comes on for like a second on and then it displays H2O, 120 and air 01. I ran a timed dry and the unit is staying on. I turned on wrinkle control and the light kept going like if I was pressing the button and did not stopped until i unplugged unit and the unit started working fine. Ui seems to be starting to go bad. Called techline and Safety M1624N0WP1. Techline had me testing the motor and the motor turned on with the jumping the wires. The customers complaint is that the units downdraft is going up and then going down after the button is pressed. Found no screw and bottom of pendulum. I replaced pendulum screw and tested unit. Unit went up and sounded like it locked into the rear pendulum locking spring tab. But then began to fall down without the motor energized the same way that it went up. I confirmed with Mike Renner that this sounds like the pendulums are not binding together and that the rear pendulum is worn where the spring and the clip meet the front pendulum arm. If I hold down the button the downdraft will go up and down and the motor will bring the downdraft back down with the motor energize. I found that the issue is with the rear pendulum arm. When replacing this pendulum arm the cooktop will have to be removed. Did not use push button switch. Push button switch is working properly. Returning push button switch and using money towards pendulum arm. Customer still may need to be refunded about $20 or so after the; saved tckt

Further inspection of the valves found the one furthest right has ruptured. Unit tested without water to ensure the rest of the unit is still working properly.
