Everything worked properly cleared air codes and ran a diagnostic cycle. Unit completed cycle re-checked for error codes and had none Found that unit was not level. Re-leveled unit ran factory calibration cycle checked for error codes one more time and had none unit is working as intended. Job complete.

"CX complains everytime unit goes through drying cycle unit kicks breaker. Ran unit through diagnostic cycle with amp clamp to see amp readings. during wash cycle unit is pulling 1.35 amps, during drain cycle unit is pulling .235 amps. Unit did not kick breaker in diagnostic cycle nor did it get close to max amp draw. Put unit into pro wash with heated dry to replicate what CX normally does and watched amp draws. high limit thermostat reads 0.0 ohms during normal cycle, heater element shows 11 ohms. CX claims unit would have kicked breaker by now into the cycle, was unable to replicate issue CX was having. Instructed CX that it could have something to do with breaker being shared with basement receptical, but at this time unit is working as designed"

"Per WPTL I arrived at CX house and pushed to reset button on ice maker 5 times. All with no response. Called WPTL and spoke to Travis. Checked voltage at power coming in to IM blk/wht and got 123.8vac. Plugged in IM and tested and it harvested in test mode.. Found CX had FC packed all the way back to evap panel and then found temp settings on the warmest setting. Adjusted temps and had CX clear out FC . Travis told me to have CX call Customer care with SR#.. If CX calls back or WP reorder ice maker per WPTL, Job is complete"
