Customer complaint after previous text visit the unit continue to do the same thing. It was previously arrived today and inspected unit and verified complaint found moisture still on top of freezer door gasket. Inspected last technician installed secondary gaskets and they were not installed properly. Still causing an air leak as well as did not adjust the door But did turn heater on at 100% with sensor off attempted to fix door properly and raise but there is a gap on the freezer door gasket possibly slight bow and door so Im going to order a new freezer door that will be sent to customers home. Also ordering secondary gaskets to properly install will return when all parts arrive in customer gives us a call. Found no water stains showing where unit could be leaking from, ran unit through clean washer cycle to introduce most amount of water possible to replicate issue. Found stand pipe backed up with water after about 5 seconds of draining, unplugged unit to give stand pipe a chance to catch up, when unit plugged back in and drained it did not back up again. "CX complaint is RC no cool. INspected/tested and found evap frozen over. FC was at 9deg. RC was no cool at all. Unit will not go into defrost. Suggested to CX to replace defost timer and thermostat with unit being 22 yrs old. Also suggested replacing evap fan motor for preventative measures. Defrosted evap(charged $150 labor). Ordering defrost timer,thermostat and evap fan motor. CX qouted $550.35 and is paid in full. Called PS and motor in OS. Other parts in stock. cx comp unit will freeze over in fc insp unit conf cx comp found fc door not not sealing heated and sealed gasket with steam gun unit is very difficult to see edges of gasket due to unit being biult in can see spot under hinge ontop of fc door where gasket is not meating with cabinet tried head gun and steamer and alot of moving and adjusting door and gasket found magnet in side of gasket is cracked did notice it was cracked apon replacing due to being folded bent and twisted within packaging box unit will need another fc door gasket; ordrng 1 W10803131 (fc door gasket)

cx complaint that unit is not drying loads as efficent as it use too. i foudn the vetn is not kinked on rear of unit but the unit does have strong pull when removed lint screen and flet and could see debris blow outwards. they have had the exterior vent guard cleaned but the whole vent no. informed to run one laod with off the back if dry call vent cleaner if not still call us back to follow up.
