Cx complaint noisy when using and leaving oil on clothes. After last tech visit he had found unit needed to be rebuilt. Arrived today and found unit has been leaking oil caused by defective gear case. Removed power and got under unit to remove gear case. Found tub stuck to gear case. Had to remove lid to remove tub. Broke tub free and continued to replace gear case. Installed all parts stated by previous tech. Re assembled unit and plugged up power. Ran diagnostic cycle and unit completed quietly. Checked for errors and had none. Re calibrated unit and ran quick cycle. Unit worked correctly. No leaks and now unit is working as intended. Job complete

Found that whom ever installed it forgot to cut back vents off for fan. Causing oil and cooking moisture to get pulled into unit and not be vented out. Found mag and diod to be covered in oil. Removed mag and replaced with new (part covered under 10 year warranty) replaced diod and tested unit. Now heating properly. Installed lid and hung unit. Tested again with Cx and properly working. Cx paid in full. Unit now working as intended job complete

"Customer complaint is that the unit does not seem to be washing properly. Checked for stored error codes and found none. Ran test cycle and the cycle ran properly. Checked Load & Go settings and settings were good, but dispenser initially stated that the detergent level was low, then stated 75%, then changed to 50%. Started a normal cycle, confirmed that the Load & Go function was enabled to see if detergent was being added to the system. Unit did add detergent, control is working properly. Cx complaint is that the unit Leaked a few day after the last repair. Upon arrival I found that the inlet valve has a crack running the length of the threads. I called MR and showed him the picture of the valve and he agreed it looks like the valve froze and cracked. The unit is against a exterior wall. I could feel a cold draft coming from behind the unit. I called TL and informed them of my findings. I spoke with Joe. He documented the findings. I am ordering the inlet valve. I informed the cx that they would need to insulate the wall behind the unit to prevent the valve from freezing again. I was able to set the return visit for Tuesday 2/14 PM Preference.; ordrng 1 W11434044 (Valve)
