CX complaint unit is leaking water underneath of unit. This unit is at an appliance store that has no way of testing the unit. Inspected unit the best I could and found that tub has damage at the back right corner you can see were there is an old waterline leaking from where the tub damage is pulled back of motor off and water poured out of the motor unit is going to need a new tub and sump and motor to properly repair. Explain to customer if I have no way of testing after we repair I cannot guarantee the repair. Customer said there is a hose Spicket outside that he will make sure to have a hose to test once repair is done. Customer will give us a call. CX complaint is that the unit is not always draining. Upon arrival I found that the unit had not drained at the end of the last cycle. I ran the manual drain mode and the pump came on and evacuated the water quickly. I then entered diag and found that it filled and sprayed and drained. However when draining in the diag cycle the pump was barely moving any water. I let the cycle finish and then ran the manual drain and the pump turned on and drained quickly. I found that the unit is draining slowly in the cycles but quickly in the manual cycle. No signs of dye anywhere. Evap had small ball of ice, no frost pattern after it. When system was running had 15in vaccum and 225 on high side. Signs of a lkow side leak in cabinet. Called WPTL and he reccomended flushing system out to clear possible restriction, change drier and refill unit with 3.75oz of 134A. If unit no cools again, techline will have to be called back to verify a leak in the cabinet. "

Unit is draining very slowly, and making noise during agitaion. Removed tub ring and found obstruction in tub ring drain, removed agitator and found all spin basket drain ports under agitator were blocked, cleared obstruction. was unable to seperate basket from gearcase, removed drain hose from tub and found blockage in drain pump housing, removed blockages from pump housing. Unit now drains as designed. but continues making noise in agitation. Reccomending to CX for slider replacement due to grinding noise from agitation. No further work needed unless CX calls in and wants work done."
