I then checked the incoming voltage and found that the voltage is fluctuating. I then access the control and tested the inlet and exhaust thermistors at the J14 connector. I founf that the thermistors are reading correctly. I am ordering the control. and will bring the element and tco along on return as a precaution. "Cx complaint unit would sometimes get to cold. And sometimes not make ice. Arrived today and inspected unit. Cx stated they had turned unit off by breaker and unit would start to work properly. Checked temps and RC was set to 42 degrees and was at 41 degrees testing. FC was set at 5 degrees and was at 8 degrees when testing. Put unit into diagnostic mode and tested all thermistors, all were 01 (pass). Tested ice box fan and passed. Tested evap fan and passed. Unit has made a full bin of ice and had not had any problem is about 2 weeks. Possible control issue but had no sign of faults. The cx flipped the breaker and then when they restored power the unit was unresponsive. I attempted to enter into diag mode and was unsuccessful. I then attempted to slide the unit out of the cabinet and found that the molding around the unit is sepreating from the cabinet. I was unable to access the controls.
