I cleared the codes and tested the UI panel button, they all responded well. The unit needs a new console and control board. A new slider needs to be installed as well. I had a pre id console. The slider was replaced within a year but the control board needs to be paid for. I gave the cx a quote and installed the console, I don't have another slider in my VS right now. Tried to fill with water test 97 and water valve activate and fills but intermintently. Sometime in test 97 water valve activates for a second the shows FF. I reset unit by turning it off at the breaker and got unit to work properly. Advised customer to keep and eye on it and allow 24hrs for icemaker to make ice. Unit is now working properly."

Customer complaint unit is stops cooling and she has to flip the breaker when breaker comes on the unit is displaying warmer temps and takes a few hours to come back down and refrigerator is warm and freezer items are thawed. Ice cream is soft. I tested temps and found the temps in the freezer is 2 and refrigerator is 36 after reseting the temps went to FC 8 degrees and RC 46. The unit is cooling and is making ice so if seems like is beeing affected by run times. Usually witht this issue is the UI at the front. I collected in full for the front control i did tell the customer that if the issue persist the rear control needs to be replaced. Quoted 253.90. Run times are more with the front control. Collecteed in full for repair 341.28.; saved tckt

Called seal system tech support, vas told me to order evap and compressor. The call dropped and I was unable to ack for tech ID. Confirmed, unit will power on and start a cycle but shut off right away. unit shows f2e1-stuck button error. thermal fuse reads 0 ohms, thermistor reads 14.8kohms, element reads 9.4 ohms, Tco reads 0 ohms. high limit thermo reads 0 ohms. Unit is recieving 238vac from outlet. Called techline and spoke to Chris who says because unit is showing a stuck button and 'pause' on display user interface reccomended to be replaced. Quoted for cost of repair to which he declined. Charged CX for service fee, CX paid in full. No further work needed at this time"
