"Customer complaint is that the unit was not cooling properly, running all the time. Customer had unplugged the unit. Unit plugged in and freezer compartment temperatures monitored. Temperature dropped and stayed at 63. Inspection of the compressor found the compressor and condenser fan are running. Inspection of the evaporator found no frost pattern. Contacted sealed system tech to determine what they wanted to have on hand for follow up appointment. Unit is only drawing about 42 watts, sealed system leak likely. "CX complaint is that the unti will not sense or start a wash cycle. I found serveral error code in diag mode to include, F2E1, F7E4, F6E3 , & F0E5. I was able to clear the codes and ran a auto test cucle. I found the unit to complete the test cycle with out issues. I then powered unit off and reentered diuag and fouynd a F2E1 and F6E3 error code . I cleared codes once more inspected the under side of the unti and the control and found no visable concerns. I started a normal wash cycle and unit neverfilled and completed the wash cycle with in 3 min of start. I am ordering 1 control board (W11419171), 1 console (W11478526), and 1 communications harness (W11596129). Once the contract is approived, please ahve someone form the office call to set a return date.; ordrng 1 W11478526 (UI control console TOS) and 1 W11596129 (communication harness) and 1 W11419171 (control board TOS)"
