CX complaint LED lights will not work properly when opening and shutting the door. After previous tech visit he had replaced all LED modules with new multi point LEDs but lights were still dim. Took off top panel to inspect door switches and found that left door switch actuator was loose and not touching the door switch causing the lights to be dim. Reattached door switch arm and installed all lights properly as they were just dangling and not in liner. Unit is now working as designed and all lights are lighting up. Job complete.

CX complaint is evap freezes over. Tested heater at board (43.6 ohms) thermistor at 7.65k ohms. Testeed heater in forced defrost and it works. Spoke to Scott an WPTL (SR#7735154252). He wants the UI and control replaced at the same time. If the unit continues to have defrost issues it will be processed as non repairable. Unit will not work properly even if defrost issue is resolved because unit is in garage. This will not cause a defrost issue though. cx said he believes the issue isn't the unit because the ice maker was leaking but found that filter needs to be changed every month because the well water is making issue with ice maker and dispenser explained that makes since because pressure is what makes valves open stron and close strong and cx said when ice maker acts up the dispenser is slow.

"Cx complaint that the unit's broiler is intermittent in lighting. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found the cooktop burner and the bake burn work fine. However the broiler burner take a few seconds to fully light. Only half of the burner tube has a flame, the strong smell of gas emit from unburned gas out of the tube.
