Cx complaint is that when using the steam fresh option it is leaking water from the door and the clothing is getting soaked. Upon arrival I found that the valve is activating and shutting off at the intended times. I Called TL and spoke to Chris. I found that the cx was only loading 1 or 2 articles of clothing and running the cycle. I added more clothing to the unit and began the cycle and found that the water was not leaking from the door. "Cx complaint is that the unit is still Freezing products in the RC. Upon arrival I found that the RC temp is at 29 Degrees. I also found that the FC temp is 2 degrees. I accessed the evap and verified that there are no restictions in the return ducts. I also found that the frost pattern was light and only on the top 2 or 3 rungs of the evap. I tested the thermistors from both sections at the control and found the RC 6.2 K Ohms and FC 10.3 Kohms after both sections had been opened for several minutes. I also did an amp draw test at the compressor and found it to be at .62 amps. I called TL and informed them of my findings. Per TL they want a sealed system tech to come back and check operating pressures and test for leaks. I am ordering the sealed system repair evap, comp, f dryer; ordrng 1 W11580057 (Compressor) and 1 W11109499 (Filter Dryer) and 1 W11578004 (Evap) and 1 876765 (Tubing kit) and 3 w11506635 (Process stub)s"

"Cx complaint is that the unit is not cooling. Upon arrival I found that the unit is room temp in both sections. I accessed the evap and found that the unit has frost on the cap tube but none on the evap. I then accessed the compressor and found that the compressor is running. I found it to be drawing .76 amps. I called FG and informed him of my findings. I am ordering the sealed system with compressor, evap and filter drier. Cx complaint unit doesn't dispense ice. Attempted to dispense and found 2-3 cubes comes out and the auger bogs down and stops. Removed ice bin and found ice jammed at the front. Ice had built on the auger in the bin. The auger locks up in bin causing the motor to stop. Removed ice from auger and the housing. Placed bin in and it now dispenses full cubes and crushed ice.
