Temperature tested at 55 degrees in the garage, 70 degrees at minumum is required for the unit to cool-freeze at set temperatures, unit is working as designed."

"CX complaint is oven trips breaker in bake. Replaced bake element per prior diagnosis. Tested unit and tripped breaker again. Cheked every component for something shorted to ground and found nothing, Checked breaker box and found the breaker was a 50a GFCI. Spoke to Kurt from WPTL. He stated that because while the oven is preheating in bake its cycling both the bake and broil element when is causing the breaker to trip. Stated that the CX should consider using something other than a GFCI breaker or issue would continue. Decision is unit is working as designed. Gave CX SR#. Job is complete"

cx coplaint unt is not working wont fill with water or spin said her dad came here pulled unit out checked water lines. inspected unit and was still out so then checked for errors and had f0e5. ran service ccycle door locks and fills with water but unit does not spin. checked motor windings 12 ohms all 3 ways in spec unit has a bad control. gave cx quote and took a while to figure out what they wanted to do but then decided to fix it. cx girlfroend helped me lift dryer down i rpelaced control and tested and now spins good. put dryer back on top got it back in closet and tested in quick wash and unit is now washing. collected payment unit is good

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Refrigerator isn't making Ice. Checked the voltage to the Ice Maker. At first I was getting 1.5 volts. I then unplugged the unit. Waited 5 mins. Then rechecked the I've Maker Voltage. I'm getting 120.9 Volts. I then jumped the Ice Maker from T & H. Ice Maker Harvested & Filled. I then checked the Freezer Temps. I'm getting -0.5 Degrees. I advised the cx to wait 24 hours to see if this would fix the issue. If the cx calls back order the Control Board = WPW10312695. Don't go without parts. Control Board could be locking the Ice Maker out. ( Any questions please check Sd Pictures.)

I checked the ventilation at the lint trap and found that it is blowing air out when I removed the trap. I went to the exit point of the vent outside the house and found that no air is making outside. I then removed the vent hose from the dryer and found that the unit is not clogged. I recommended the cx have their vents cleaned. Unit is functioning as intended. Job complete

"CX complaint is still no cool. Upon arrival I found CX had relocated fridge to a detached non insulated garage. It was placed here before ME came out. when I showed up today it was about 30deg outside. ME stated that he found leak when in reality what he saw was spreay from me checking high side pressure on last visit. I pressurized and used monster bubbles and found zero leaks, Vac's unit down to 30 in for 15mins. Let sit for another 15mins and needle didnt budge. Filled unit with 5.5oz of R134a. Final pressures were 0 on LS and 115 on HS. Again it was 30deg. I did find that the control was non responsive so reordering control. TOld CX that unit had to be moved back inside for it to work properly so it could meet installation req. Re ordering control; ordrng 1 W11203924 (contrl-box (reorder))"

F0E9 Off balance pause. Customer complaint unit is banging on the sides and loads heavy or small loads. I ran test and found the suspesning is starting to get weak the basket is dropping all the way dowwn and rubs the pan.
