Customer complaint is the unit is not cooling. Inspected unit I found that I could barely pull unit out of the cabinetry area due to the two bolts holding the base plate have been removed in the base plate getting caught on a tile where the unit was sitting. I ended up just putting two bolts in the area to pick the base plate up so it wasn't dragging on the ground. I then remove the cover and hook my watt meter up in place. My watt meter read 42 watts. I noticed the dryer that was on the unit is the factory original dryer. And when the compressor was replaced both times the dryer was never replaced ever.The dryer was cold to the touch I cut the cap tube off from the dryer nothing came out from the dryer I then cut the dryer off from the loop going through the drain pan. I still had no refrigerant coming from unit or pressure. I cut the Yoda loop from the cabinet to the drain pan heater tubing and had refrigerant and brown / black oil coming from the Yoda loop out of the cabinet. I then isolated the system from the condenser through the yodaloo and hooked up nitrogen and try to flush Yoda loop but was unsuccessful. I still had black oil slash debris coming from Yoda loop and condenser. I tried to flush through the cap tube out of the low side line before the compressor and had three rags of oil. I waited on the phone with tech line while trying to flush the system out with nitrogen at 140 psi. Eventually tech line answered and I explained what I was having an issue with. Tech line stated the unit is has a burnout and that this can not be repaired and gave me file number. I left file number with customer

i fpound the harness of the drain pump reset in place now drains and runs fine checksok

cx complant of unit compressor is not working went to install new compressor and found a burned up wore to start device repaired the wire to see if unit would start and it did and started to make ice unit will need new harness start and overload and rear cover; ordrng 1 W11123917 (wire harness) and 1 W11367893 (cover) and 1 WP2217224 (relay-strt) and 1 W11624931 (overload)

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx has gotten a letter stating that there is a Service Pointer on the Dishwasher Heater Element. Checked the Heater Element. Heater Element has the Black Coupler Bushings. Installed new Heater Element. Tested the unit. No leaks. Unit is working as Designed. Called Whirlpool safety Team Ref # 7735122184. Cx has Damages done to the house. Per Whirlpool Safety Team they will send a Damages sheet and contact the cx. ( Technical service pointer W11540964 - Special Project S17304. )

cx complaint unit is displaying f3e2 error code. temps are not steady. inspected unit and entered into diag and found f3e2. pulled unit out and found 235.1vac to unit. tested temp sensor and found 1.076kohms. tested the temp sensor at the control and found the same results tested both bake element and found them into spec. unit needs control. called Techline, they agreed with the info provided they said the control needs replaced. control is no longer available. charged cx only for serivce call. $120

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Freezer has Frost. Checked the Freezer. No Frost. I then checked the Freezer Evaporator Section no Frost. Cx is saying Items in the Freezer Section had frosted over. Asked the cx if she left the door open. Cx started to get real get really aggressive because I asked this questions. Nothing is wrong with the unit.( I advised that the cx doesn't over load the Freezer Section.) (Please see Sd Pictures if any questions. )

Installed control. Ran test 38 compressor did not turn on. Ran test 39 compressor did not turn on. Called techline. SR#7734604385. Advised to replace orion board on compressor and to order whole compressor kit. Compressor 0 at upper marlboro 10+ at whirlpool. "Per prior diagnosis, arrived to cx address with FR to properly uninstall MW. on arrival found that the cabinet trim that was needing to be removed to uninstall MW was not removed. unit was not sitting inside the mounting bracket on the wall so corrected that to safely back screws out to try and see behind unit. because of the trim we could not properly diagnose the issue but this is an installation issue. the builder/installer did not properly install this MW. the unit was not in the mounting bracket, holes in the cabinet above the unit are not where they should be so the unit does not sit flush causing the door to swing shut on the cx. there are also dents and scratches from install that are past the cosmetic period. cx has to resolve these with the builder/installer. cx has to do list.; ordrng 1 look (look)"

cx complaint cooked macandcheese bowl and it started smoking and was all burnt. inspected unit ran unit and is working. heated wet paper towel for 30 seconds and is heating good. heated bowls of water for 2 minutes and started boiling at 1:58 and is working good. called safety spoke to michael documented issue and said to call techline to double check with them if any other notes are in system. called techline.

cx complaint noise is back. when i got here i was able to confirm noise and pull unit out while noise was happening. found compressor line was too close to bottom of unit and was vibrating against it. removed an old padding and slid it under line so now it can not vibrate. noise went away. job completed.

Cx complaint is unit freezing product in the RC. inspected and verified complaint. cx has fresh produce like lettuce and liquids on the top shelf near the cold air coming from the diffuser. tested diffueser and thermistor and the are reading and working properly. cx also stated doors were uneven. leveled doors to the cx's satisfaction. informed cx on proper placements of items on the top shelf. unit is working as designed. job complete

"Cx complaint the unit doesn't work. Inspected unit and found it experienced a thermal event at the terminal. Found the L1 wire had broken and the block and melted. Also found minimal damage at the power cord. Ordering parts, once in contact cx to reschedule.; ordrng 1 WP3397659 (terminal block) and 1 WP3397659 (terminal block kit)"
