"Cx complaint that the unit is not cooling at all. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found that the compressor is not running. All lights and fans work fine. The unit is getting 122v from the wall. The UI display in the front works fine as well. I replaced the start device, the compressor runs a few seconds clicks and turns off. The unit needs a new compressor to resolve the issue. I quoted the cx for the repair and collected the service call. This model has a service pointer related to this issue that covers the parts and labor (S71162/ W11634348). Cx complaint unit is leaking after using cleaning cycle. Inspected unit no errors. Ran through diagnostic cycle. A little bit of water underneath unit. Found tear in gasket. Quoted cx and they will not be going through with repair. Cx paid for service call.

"Cx complaint unit doesn't cool. Entered service mode, ran test 4 and found the compressor and condenser fan didn't come on. Accessed the control, tested P1-2 to P1-4 and found no voltage. When restoring power the relay on board clicks several times and the condenser fan slightly rotates. Gave cx quote for control and he'll be purchasing and doing repair on his own. Cx paid $120 service charge"

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Ignitors keep clicking / all Ignitors are sparking at the same time. Checked the Ignitor Switch's. Found that the Right Front Burner Switch is not sitting properly which is causing the Burners to keep clicking / Sparking. Fixed the Switch Harness. "Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Dishwasher isn't Draining Water / Water is bottom of the Tub after a cycle. Checked the Dispenser. Cx is using Rinse Aid. ( Advised the cx that plastics don't Dry. Tub is plastic to the unit. Also advised that the cx will need to run a Normal, Heavy or Boost Cycle. With options Sani Rinse, Extend Heated Dry & High Temp for best results.) Ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. No error codes. Ran Service Test on the unit. Unit is Dispensing Rinse Aid. microwave after use would have to reset breaker to get turntable to move clock stayed on but inside cabinet no lights or turntabkle moving replaced control tested mutiple times with coffee cup and water water heating up to 134 f was able to start new heating cycle with out powering off
