CX complaint: no water or ice. Tested and verified complaint. I found water is not coming out oif dual valve. Diconnecting dual valve from resevior was difficult and afterwards the connection is no longer keeping sealed and leaks. Ordering dual valve reorder and resevior (just in case new connection leaks)...What i had to do to disconnect dual valve could possibly caused the resevior connection to leak on resevior side. Valve is definitely leaking at that point. NOTE: I DID SHUT WATER OFF BEHIND UNIT SO IT WOULDNT LEAK. Called TL just to check to see if findings could indicate a problem other than dual valve but TL did not think so.
