"cx complaint unit started beeping and giving f8e4 error after cx accidentally put dish soap in unit. cx tried to clean it all out but it still caused oversudsing. inspected unit and verified complaint. only have f8e4 error stored. found water in drip tray. took door apart to look for other causes but it definitely looks like its from oversudsing. ran rinse cycle with capful of vegetable oil to remove suds. also found unit still has old heater with defective bushings. bushings are still in tact and hasnt leaked yet. ordering heater, S17304 to cover part and labor. cx paid 120 service call with c/c. part in stock @tribles, scheduled return visit for 3/8. advised cx to not use unit until heater is replaced, cx understands; ordrng 1 W11537778 (heater)"

I then ran the oven calibration test and found that the average temp was 333 degrees when set at 350. I was able toadjust the temp offset to +20. Unit is now functioning as intended. Job complete

"CX complaint was that the RC was not cooling. I found that the unit had a good frostpatter, In test 3 the damper would open and close , but no movment formt he evap fan motor. I accessed the Evap fasn motor and found good connctions. I replaced the fan motor and in stest 3 the fan is now running. I reassembled the unit and collected $389.48 for service, part, shipping, taxes, and labor charges. Informed CX to allow a min of 24hr's before cooling returns."

"cx complaint fz light out, unit not making ice and fz not cooling. inspected unit and verified complaint. test56 E0 no errors. icemaker harvests and fills correctly. found evap overfrosted and bimetal is reading open. found fz light out. my steamer stopped heating so i couldnt fully defrost unit. had to clear frost around wires with heatgun. i was very careful to not melt anything. replaced fz led and fz evap fan with harness. tested unit. unit is now working properly. quoted 454.34, paid in full with c/c. advised cx since i cant fully defrost unit at this time, he needs to leave cooling turned off for 2 days so rest of frost can melt so unit can cool properly. advised cx of leak potential and to put towels behind fz drawer. cx understands"

cx says the unit is making noise when the ice maker is being filled. the noise does not happen when the unit is despensing water. activated the harvest of the ice maker and the ice maker is taking a very long time trying to break the cubes free of the mold. had to remove the ice maker and the heater is not warming the mold. removed the ice manually and the ice maker then fills and the noise is coming from the valve. the unit needs the ice maker and valve; ordrng 1 W11548540 (ice maker) and 1 W11548535 (valve)
