The 2nd time I was told to ask the cx to use self clean to resolve the issue. The cx ran self clean twice and the issue is still present. The oven cavity is not on the parts list for replacement to resolve the issue. The unit is unrepairable. I will called techline again to document the updates.

I then attempted to run the diag test and the unit would not start threw up the F3E1 error code again. I quoted the cx for the cost of replacing the pressure switch. Cx paid in full. I was then able to repalce the switch. i then tested the unit and found that it is now functioning as intended. Job complete

"cx complaint is another bulb inside the unit blowing. bulb has been replaced 3 times already, the socket and wiring harness have also been replaced. i found bulb broken with the metal part remaining in the socket. i called techline to documet as this is a repeat issue. they had me verify the outlet is wired properly, had me verify door is not being slammed/kids arent running around causing vibration issues. outlet is fine, cx is not abusing unit. techline said there is nothing else to try besides replacing the bulb again. replaced bulb with preIDed part. light is now working. gave cx SR#. they are not happy with the unit and dont believe this bulb is going to last any longer than the other 3."

"cx complaint fz light out, unit not making ice and fz not cooling. inspected unit and verified complaint. test56 E0 no errors. icemaker harvests and fills correctly. found evap overfrosted and bimetal is reading open. found fz light out. my steamer stopped heating so i couldnt fully defrost unit. had to clear frost around wires with heatgun. i was very careful to not melt anything. replaced fz led and fz evap fan with harness. tested unit. unit is now working properly. quoted 454.34, paid in full with c/c. advised cx since i cant fully defrost unit at this time, he needs to leave cooling turned off for 2 days so rest of frost can melt so unit can cool properly. advised cx of leak potential and to put towels behind fz drawer. cx understands"

Cx complaint is that the unit is going from sense to done and not starting a cycle. Upon arrival I found that the unit is just humming when the cycle is started. I found that the capacitor has failed and is leaking oil. I was able to access and replace the capacitor. Unit is now functioning as intended. Job complete

"CX complaint is unit shuts off and doesnt finish cycle. Inspected/tested and the only error code I pulled was an F0E5 OB code. Ran diagnostics and unit would not go into hi spin. and agitate locked up after one turn. Looked under unit and saw alot of oil on bottom inside base and drive components. Gesrcase replaced a yr ago so not sure if this is from prior. Rotor bareley turns. Pulled rotor and clutch and insopected slider for defect and did see any. Ordering gearcase, slider, clutch, rotor/stator and suspension. Could not pin point exact issue but definitely no operating properly. I also calibrated unit before diagnosistc. Cannot reschedule at this time. FBO parts and TPB auth. 2 ct gearcase; rqstng P&A on 1 W11130359 (suspension), ordrng 1 W11393685 (gearcase) and 1 W11195971 (stator) and 1 W10734521 (slider) and 1 W10754448 (clutch) and 1 W11260238 (rotor) and 1 look (look)"
