Error Codes are F9E1 = Diverter Valve can't find the home position. Checked the sump motor for leaks. No leaks found. F6E1 Water Valve electrical failure. Water valve isn't allow enough water to fill the low Tub. Checked the Tub & Inner Door. Both places are rusting really badly. Cx only paid for the Service Call Only by Card. If the cx calls back order the Sump Motor = W11178672, Water Valve = W10648041 , Inner Door = W10919271& Tub = W10713320. Don't go without parts."

"Cx complaint that the unit's oven is not lighting. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found the cooktop works fine. The ignitor ohms is 180ohms, I replaced the ignitor and it still didn't work. I traced the voltage from the board to the valve and back to the board, the harness has good continuity as well. I called techline and they led me to find the outlet has bad polarity. I plugged the unit into another outlet and the unit still didn't work but now I was able to see the control board relay was not working. I replaced the control and tested the unit for the cx. The unit is working as designed.I collected the payment in full by CC."

Removed bottom access panel and found front right absorber not secured to tub, resecured absorber. Inspected door and found hinge coroded and moving up and down. Compressor is running. Drier is cool. Condenser pipe at the compressor is warm. Unit will need the Compressor =W10903341 , Condenser = W11548259 & Drier = W10843121. "cx complaint unit is not making ice. inspected unit and found ice maker will harvest but when calling for water i can hear water valve but no water is getting to ice maker. removed IM cover and found fill tube was frozen. this is the 4th time now unit needs steamed. I found the fill tube heater is faulty. unit needs FC door and water fitting, 2 tech to correct issue. was able to steam fill tube out to get cx some ice while waiting for door. advised cx door takes 8-10 weeks and ships to them. once in they will call and set up a return visit.; ordrng 1 LW11026429 (freezer door) and 1 W10271540 (fitting)"

"Cx complaint is that the unit is not defrosting again. Upon arrvial I found that the evap cover has frost built up on it. I entered diag mode and ran the forced deforst, test 38. I found that the unit began defrosting. I then tested the voltage to the element at the P2 connector and found 89.4 V. I also tested the FC thermistor at the P5 connector and found 7.10K Ohms. The FC temp was at 28 degrees when I tested the thermistor. I am ordering the control and FC thermistor. Checked the Heater Element to the unit. Found that the Blue with Red Tracer Harness is unplugged. Plugged in Heater Element. Cleared the Error Code. Unit is working as Designed.
