Cx complaint is that the unit is just blinking and not starting. Upon arrival I attempted to start a cycle and the unit would not start. I then entered diag and found an F9E1. I checked the resistance at the at the J6-3 and J6-6 and found OL. I then tipped the unit back and checked resistance at the drain pump and found it to be reading 7.0 OHms. Replaced console and control and calibrated but will need inlet valve and latch for complete. Ran unit through diagnostic test with no issues. measured heater element and h.L. thermo from p4.3-p4.2 (13.3 ohms) measured dispenser from p12.5-p12.7 (344 ohms) Replaced unit control with preid due to a buildup on the control. Tested unit through a regular cycle, unit works as designed and had no issues shutting off on its own. No further work needed."

F8E1Customer complaint unit is powering on but then displays H2O error code.Ran test and found F8E1 low water low flow. I tested unit and got H2o error. I tested water perssure and the hose is good but the valve is bad. When i have the hot water valve all the way open no water comes out when i close it and open it slightly i get water but not enough to fill dishewasher. Found a good spot and ran test and completed the test. Unit is good. Cx needs new hot water valve under the sink.

"Cx complaint unit is leaking water in RC. Arrived and found filter head is leaking into unit. Turned water off to house because t valve would not turn and needs to be replaced. Pulled unit out and disconnect all lines. Removed filter head inside unit and replaced with new, had Cx test water dispenser and checked for leaks. No leaks. Re assembled unit. Unit is now working as intended. Job complete"

cx complaint is the unit leaking from under the washer. cx said issue started recently. i checked for codes and found F0E5. cleared code and inspected drain hose and underside of unit. found nothing damaged. ran service cycle and unit completed cycle with no leaks. ran cold valve for several minutes then hot valve and still no leaks. filled tube to the top with water and then drained it. still no leaks. suspension feels fine. i cant replicate the issue. advised cx not to overload machine and to call us back if issue returns.

After previous text visit he had found this unit needed a new cooling fan found error code of f8e0 unplugging it and disconnected gas powered unit out and disassembled unit to make cooling fan accessible. Replace cooling fan and reassembled unit. Reconnected gas turned on and plugged in for power tested unit unit is working as designed job complete
