I then ran the diag test and I found that the sump is spraying but the lower spray arm is clicking and staying stationary. cx complaint unit turns on but wont move the drum. inspected unit and found thermal fuse was open. checked vant and found vent is clean and is being dumped in a vent bucket. also found element is good and is not grounding itself. called TL (SR7735827250) was told to test the thermistor and found it to be out of range. test 14.27kohms. found exhaust hose is vented inside with a bucket. it is to close to unit. and unit is getting to hot. advised cx to get vent farther away from unit and see if fuse still fails. once parts are approved please call cx and set up a return visit; ordrng 1 WP3392519 (thermal fuse (FG VS)) and 1 W10909685 (fuse-thrml) and 1 WP8577274 (thermistor)

cx complaint oven is not heating correctly. inspected unit then tested oven and found bake no working broil works. tested igniter and i only have 10v. traced wires and dont see any breaks and with meter ohms good. both sides of gas valve test the same control is the issue. gave cx quote for control and igniter and infoimrmwed her this is a back ordered part and could be a while so told cx to reach out to jennair to see if they are still making the part. collected for service fee and cx will be calling us back once she gets answer from jennair; ordrng 1 WP8507P22860 (control 256.44) and 1 74007498 (igniter 45.68)

"Cx complaint water is not dispensing. Arrived today and inspected found water dispenser is very slow. Attempted to try and remove filter and still flowed slow. Removed old filter head and replaced. While in there I replaced the dual valve. Turned water back on and still had slow water production, found the water valve behind unit is an old t valve. Attempted to open and close multiple times and had Cx try and dispense water at the same time. Found when moving back and forth the unit dispensed proper water flow. Unit is working as intended. Cx needs to have plumber come and replace old water valve. Unit is working as designed job complete"

Cx complaint water dripping from fill tube and creating ice on fan. After previous tech he had stated unit needed fill tube and extension. Arrived today and inspected unit. Found ice maker turned off. Removed ice maker and replaced fill tube and added extension. Tested dispenser for Cx and found it working properly. Removed filter and dispenser worked as it should as well. Valve sounded healthy and dispenser assembly was not needed. Explained to Cx to record video of issue re occurs. Unit is now working as intended. Job complete

"cx complaint that unit is not cooling like previous repair attempt notes and instruction called aTL when arrived spke to butch, was advised to check average temps in rc and fc section and in rc section its around 63 degrees, fc section is around 25 degrees. when in test 40 and checked the psi on high and low the unit had intitially when running -20 in vac and 75 on hight once put into home position it equalized quickly to arounf 35 or so. per techline no restriction a leak prob in evap area. ordering the evap and ordering 3 call count.. per tl; ordrng 1 W11291123 (evap) and 1 sstech (ss tech) and 1 3countcall (3 call count) and 1 W11109499 (drier) and 1 bellateardown (bella teardown)"

"cx complaint unit is not agitating and spinning, also unit is making a clicking noise. inspected unit and entered diag and found f7e5, f0e2. cleared codes and ran auto test and found when unit should be agitating it was doing nothing. removed console and test J2 1/2 and only found 1454khoms. unit needs actuator and I found unit makes belt noise while spinning. unit needs actuator, clutch and belt to correct issue. qouted cx for repair and cx accepted. replace parts used belt and clutch from van stock and tested unit. unit now checks good.; ordrng 1 W10721967 (drive pulley (FG VS)) and 1 W11239857 (belt (FG VS)), used 1 w10721967 (drive pulley), and 1 W11239857 (belt) from stock"
