"cx complaint is the RC section not cooling again. when i arrived the RC was 56, FC was -17. i found evap fan not running again. no ice blocking fan. drain pan and bottom of evap fan is iced up. i found no voltage at the evap fan connector. called techline, they had me check voltage at the control. removed control and found connector not plugged into board. once plugged in the evap fan started running. they said issue was due to air flow and unit should be working as designed now. i cleared all ice from evap drain pan. unit is working as designed."

I called techline and uploaded a couple of videos to techline and the unit i can see sparking from inside. Techline said it looks like one of the leads may be damages and is arching to chassis i could not see anything damaged os sign of sparking. But the unit is heating fine for me. cx complaint unit is still banging all around said it used to move to the right but now moves to the left. inspected washer then checked for errors and had f0e3 f0e5 f0e7 so cleared codes and ran auto test and when spinning unit spins great in test mode but i do have a tapping like sound coming from the bottom of washer. checked under washer and rotor bolt is loose so tighten and ran drain and spin and we still have a tapping noise and it now sounds worse and the longer the cycle went taping seemed to get louder. issue is something with gearcase/motor rotor so ordering all parts to gearcase for return; ordrng 1 W11449841 (gearcase) and 1 W11195971 (stator) and 1 W10754448 (clutch) and 6 W11027980 (screws)s and 1 W10734521 (clutch) and 1 W11260238 (rotor) and 1 W10752283 (washplate incase)

"CX complaint washer not draining.Found water n the tub. Tested drain, found drain pump not running at all. Inspected pump, found part of the plastic shell out of place and both wires separated from the connector. Applied a temporary fix by installing 2 quick connector on the broken wires and reconnecting the pump. Tested drain again, the pump started and drained the water out.
