"cx complaint is the unit is not working properly. i found control not responding properly when in maunal test mode, when i activated the water valves the drain pump came on only for both cold water and hot water. i found f7e1 tach not reading or missing signal. i replaced control and actuator. i then checked suspension and found it is working poperly. one bounces once when pushing down on basket. i ran calibration. then manual high speed test. i had to adjust front right leg. when in high speed test unit was making sound coming from pulley and bottom of unit. also basket is out of balance. no oil from gearcase. unit has bent gearcase shaft. unit will need new gearcase, pulley and belt. parts in stock; ordrng 1 W11449840 (gearcase) and 1 W10721967 (pulley) and 1 W11239857 (belt)"

I found that the pressurized seals on the filter housing have failed when the filter is removed causing water to shoot out of the housing. I am ordering 1 filter housing (W11162042). Second concern is that the RC has lost cooling. I found that the evap harness has fragmented and not making a soild connection from the harness to the defrost heater. I was able to temp secure the harness. I am ordering 1 defrost heater with harness (W11650660). "SR// 7735357029. F0E2 Sudsing, F5E4 Door not open between cycles. I ran a cycle with detergent and Lysol and it started a quick cycle and when the unit dispensed the detergent the unit was not suding that bad. When dispensed thje lyson the unit started having a lot of suds. Also i foiund the suspension is weak and is shaking a lot. I clear washer from suds by running water a lot of times. Called customer and added even less detergent with out Lysol and the unit was still sudsing but it was not that much. CAlled techline and adviced toi stop using addetives lysol and only use detergent. And less detergent becaseu of the house using well water. I told the customer to do a cleaning with affresh and only use detergent and call back if they have issues. Ordering shocks.; ordrng 4 W11316766 (Suspension.)s"

"Found freezer @ 20 degrees and RC 40-46 degrees.. low side -20in vac and 125psi .. equalized to 15psi and 100psi in 5-7mins .. 03 -20in vac and 125psi04- the unit went from -20vac to 0psi and back to -20vac, head pressure was 125psi.. 05- the unit was 10in -15in vac and 125psi.. i noticed the suction line in rear w/ kink . sent pic to wpl techline and they want to replace suction line assembly and 3way valve assembly due to findings.. compressor was pretty hot, ordering compressor just in case ..; ordrng 1 W11578029 (suction tube assembly) and 1 W11575003 (3way valve) and 1 W11578205 (compressor) and 1 nitrogen (nitrogen)"

Cx complaint unit is leaking water out the front of the unit. Arrived to unit and inspected and found a sheet of ice at the bottom of freezer floor. Removed all ice and inspected evaporator catch tray and found full of ice. Unit falls under service pointer Special Project S38253 to replace drain hose pulled unit from cabinet and cut power pulled old drain hose off and found was completely clogged. You steam gun to remove any ice below evaporator and through drain line. Installed new drain line and reassembled unit unit is now working as designed job complete
