I found little to no frost pattern on the RC evap. Unit will need 1 sealeed system repair. i am orderign 1 compressor (W11592010), 1 drier filter (W11109499), 1 condensor coil (W11548259), and 1 RC Evap coil (W11548259). Once all parts are avalible, please have someone form teh office call to set a return date. Return visit will need to be 4 call counted due to the time to complete a SS repair. "cx complaint unit was giving f8e4 error but now wont run cycles, only runs drain pump. inspected unit and verified complaint. have f10e2 vent, f7e1 single speed washmotor failure, f8e4 overfill. unit just runs drain pump forever. found heater bushings completely deteriorated, pic saved. heater caused leak slowly drip on to wash motor and shorted out motor and took out control with it. cx said he hasnt noticed any water damage down stairs, dont see any water damage under unit. heater leak wouldnt cause f8e4 error tho. took door apart and found moisture around vent and streaks on door panel and insulation running all the way down. ordering heater, sump, control and vent. CX comnplaint is WM will not work. 2nd Unit. Inspected and found as soon as you plug in unit drain pump starts and lid is locked. CX has had a recent flood in his house and had all outlets rewired. I checked power at outlet and got 120/120 L1 to N&G.Constant 120 to drain when unit plugged in and 19.8ohms at pump. this has been an ongoin issue with prior unit that was replaced by WP because of same issue. This will be the 4th control installed on 2 different units at same outlet.Spoke to Kirt at WPTL (SR#7735865058). Explained my findings and he doesnt want any parts put on this uint until CX has outlet and breaker checked by a certified electrician for constant voltage.
