Reapplied power and confirmed 120VAc to the SMPS board, display powered on. All unit functions are work functioning. Suspect because the board was not sitting properly, part of it was shorting out."

"Customer complaint is that the unit vibrates and knocks during the spin cycle. Customer had the unit loaded and it was spinning on arrival. Found the noise is the drain and water lines smacking against the back of the unit. Cabinet was not quite level. Cabinet leveled and unit tested unloaded. Unit is working properly. Because the unit is sitting in a drain pan and can neither be moved forward or backwards, recommended customer place something soft between the unit and the supply/drain lines to stop them from smacking the back of the unit."

"Cx complaint of an F9E1 error. Inspected unit found F9E1 long drain error. Ran through diag cycle and it would back out of menu. Unable to activate any components through manual activation. Drum is filled with water. Drained water with shopvac. Harness to drain pump cut. Tested unit again still will not run diag cycle and cannot activate any components. Quoted cx and they will call to see if they can get it covered. If cx calls back order W11543994-control, W11569161-harness, and W11396717-drain pump."

Unit only shows f9e1 error, ran unit through diagnostic test, unit drains all water with no issues in the diagnostic test. unit is making grinding noise when spinning. Took belt off, which was somewhat loose coming off and turned motor and unit by hand, found splutch to be making noise. Checked wires to drain pump which looked good, drain pump is recieving correct voltage. Customer complaint unit doors are not level. I found the unit is not levle and the floor is not level. I explained to the customer that the unit has fixed doors so if the door are inlevel the unit is unlevel. And i can see in the floor the right side is high and left side is low. I raised the unit on the left feet and the doors are aligned but the the unit is rocking. I raised the other leg but is back to the beginning i lower both legs and left it where the doors are the closest but if she needs it perfect she needs to get shims and int rear wheels and level the unit accordingly.

arrived to cx home and found door has damage againg due to shipping. door also was the wrong texture. i called TL (SR7735863398) was told door no longer come textured and you have to order both doors. i did install the lower hinge and pin. noise was not noticable after repair. ordering both RC and FC door along with nameplate. advised cx doors ship to them and gpntake up to 8-10 weeks. once they show up cx will check doors out and schedule a return visit.; ordrng 1 LW10668874 (dor-fip) and 1 W11178521 (nameplate) and 1 LW10668875 (dor-fip)

"CX compliant is that the unit is loosing coolin in the RC. I found RC temps with a thermacupling to be at 52 dregrees. I also found FC temps to be at 10 degrees. I found little to no frost pattern on the RC evap. Unit will need 1 sealeed system repair. i am orderign 1 compressor (W11592010), 1 drier filter (W11109499), 1 condensor coil (W11548259), and 1 RC Evap coil (W11548259). Once all parts are avalible, please have someone form teh office call to set a return date. Return visit will need to be 4 call counted due to the time to complete a SS repair. Got to the house and the contractors told me that i was here to replace the unit and i said i was here to fix the unit. The contractor called his boss and he said that i was here to replace the unit and i told him the same thing. The he said to call the owner. When i talked to the owner She started telling me that the unit was delivered and was not checked and no one had a POP or delivery papper work. I told the cusotmer that if the unit is more that 30 days from day of purchse or delivery date the damaged is cosmetics and will need to be covered out of pocket. Warranty only covers operational issue. She started to get mad and yelling and saying is Bullshit I tols her to call jenn aire.
