"Cx complaint that the unit does not start cycles. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found error codes: f0e3 f6e2 f6e3 f2e1. I cleared the codes and ran a service cycle, all components passed. The cx says the unit starts a cycle and about 1 minute later it flashes 'f6e2' and completely stops the cycle. The unit will need a new control and console to resolve the issue. I collected the service call fee and left the cx with a quote."

cx complaint unit gives off strong gas smell when preheating oven. cx stated once unit was up to temp it did not smell like gas. inspected unit and first took a reading with the combustable detector before starting unit. meter did not go off once with any leaks. preheated unit for 350 degree. unit reached temp and i layed the detector beside unit. detector never once went off. i let the unit cycle a couple times. unit checks good. all I could smell was the exhaust of the gas coming out the vent. no leaks were found.

I found that the power cored was imporperly installed witch may have caused a thermal ement at the outlet. I called WP TL and explained my finding. CX compliant was that the ubnit was not spining the water out. I found that the splutch drive wheel had dropped . I was able to resecure the cam and then tested the unit . I found the to be opperating as designed. CX also complaint is the unit slides across the floor. I found the unit tobe in a unplumbed pan and the pan is sliding on the floor. I advised CX to remove the unit from the pan and test see if that helps. Unit test good.

"cx complaint is sparks and a bright flashin inside the microwave when in use. i found lower wave guide cover damaged. removed cover and found white burn/corrosion looking marks on wave guide. using a mirror i was able to see the mag tube and it also has a burnt damaged spot on it. i called techline to document, they said with the wave guide being damage the unit is nonrepairable. informed cx of this and gave them SR#."

cx complaint unit leaking and producing a grinding sound when in agitation. inspected unit and found errors f8e6 foe3 f9e2 saved in diag. checked under unit and found clearly visible water/oil staining on the gearcase and insulation surrounding the stator. ran test 51. when running test noticed that the unti was grinding against a small black plastic tray that the cx had placed under the unit to stop the leaking. removed tray and all noises after sounded perfect. removed the top assembly and found that there was a sock lodged in the dispenser cup causing it to overflow and leak down the unit. removed sock and cx small drip tray and tested unit. unit now checks good. collected only for service call.

"CX compliant is that the unit is loosing coolin in the RC. I found RC temps with a thermacupling to be at 52 dregrees. I also found FC temps to be at 10 degrees. I found little to no frost pattern on the RC evap. Unit will need 1 sealeed system repair. i am orderign 1 compressor (W11592010), 1 drier filter (W11109499), 1 condensor coil (W11548259), and 1 RC Evap coil (W11548259). Once all parts are avalible, please have someone form teh office call to set a return date. Return visit will need to be 4 call counted due to the time to complete a SS repair.
