cx complaint unit gives off strong gas smell when preheating oven. cx stated once unit was up to temp it did not smell like gas. inspected unit and first took a reading with the combustable detector before starting unit. meter did not go off once with any leaks. preheated unit for 350 degree. unit reached temp and i layed the detector beside unit. detector never once went off. i let the unit cycle a couple times. unit checks good. all I could smell was the exhaust of the gas coming out the vent. no leaks were found.

CX complaint freezer door is not shutting all the way causing air leak on gasket. Arrived today and inspected unit found left side of freezer door is not shutting all the way. Remove front door and inspected rails found left rear was a little frozen due to air leak. After pulling out bins I found the support rail between both left and right rails was not lined up correctly causing the right side to close in the left side to stay a little open. Readjusted rails and center rod and made sure rails work properly reinstall all parts and make sure gasket was ceiling and doors closing on its own. Unit is now working as designed job complete

"Cx complaint that the unit does not start cycles. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found error codes: f0e3 f6e2 f6e3 f2e1. I cleared the codes and ran a service cycle, all components passed. The cx says the unit starts a cycle and about 1 minute later it flashes 'f6e2' and completely stops the cycle. The unit will need a new control and console to resolve the issue. I collected the service call fee and left the cx with a quote."

CX comnplaint is WM will not work. 2nd Unit. Inspected and found as soon as you plug in unit drain pump starts and lid is locked. CX has had a recent flood in his house and had all outlets rewired. I checked power at outlet and got 120/120 L1 to N&G.Constant 120 to drain when unit plugged in and 19.8ohms at pump. this has been an ongoin issue with prior unit that was replaced by WP because of same issue. This will be the 4th control installed on 2 different units at same outlet.Spoke to Kirt at WPTL (SR#7735865058). Explained my findings and he doesnt want any parts put on this uint until CX has outlet and breaker checked by a certified electrician for constant voltage. Once CX verifies with receipt then order control and pump. Informed CX of WP's decision.; ordrng 1 W11624938 (control) and 1 W11399437 (pump) and 1 look (look)

I'm getting 37.2 Degrees. Ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. Ran Service Test 56 - Ice Maker Error Codes. I'm getting E5 = Ice Maker Thermistor is bad. Ran Service Test 57 - Ice Maker Harvest Test. Ice Maker Harvested. I then ran Service Test 45 - Ice Maker Fill Test. Ice Maker Filled. Ran Service Test 36 - Ice Maker Fan Test. Ice Maker Fan Motor is working. Ran Service Test 15 - Emitter Board Test. Emitters are changing from 02 to 01. Unit will need the Ice Maker = W11579560. Cx paid for the Service Call Only by check. Check is in Blue money bag. If the cx calls back order Ice Maker. Don't go without parts.
