I found lint build up in the catcher but this is part of maintenance cleaning the vent and maybe vacum the lint out. Burner heads are warped and closed shut from flames. Ordering all burner heads, caps, orfice holders, manifolds, switch harness. This is a 2ct job that will require a 2nd tech. Most parts are CBE but CX already charged for those that arent.. Head screws need to be cut out in order to do work neccessary. CX charged $788.42 for labor, parts and shipping and he is paid in full. "cx complaint unit producing a rubber friction/burning odor following previous gearcase install. immediately contacted Techline to further documentation on file. checked under unit for damage or wear to the belt. found no signs of rubber belt shavings on the belt itself or on the interior of the pulley shield. checked for oil from the gearcase recently installed and found no oil anywhere under unit, that would produce an odor. checked for any thermal events to have occured on wiring or within the control compartment and found none. checked for the basket to not be seated following previous repair and potentially rubbing the tub ring, and found no issues. submitted all photos to TL."

"installed parts. must note that there have been several corrosive spills of detergent that have never been cleaned and have resulted in damage to surrounding plastics/metals that will no longer be covered under warranty due to cx abuse policy. also found a completely impacted drain pump pre-filter with many items that should be removed before begining wash cycle. cx son was home so did not have a chance to notify cx personally, but did notate in detail on TY card that further damage as a result of cx abuse will not be covered under warranty."

"Cx complaint of off balance load and noise when washing. After my previous visit I had found the inner tub was not round causing the spin cycle to be violent. Arrived today and disassembled all parts and removed inner tube. Replaced with new tub and replaced all parts. Ran diagnostic cycle and ran a test cycle. Tub looks much better and is not OB during spin. Checked for errors and had none, still could not here any sound. Cx will take a video of noise happens again. Re calibrated unit. Unit is now working as intended. Job complete"

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Refrigerator isn't making Ice. Checked the Freezer Temperature. I'm getting 1.1 Degrees. I then checked the Refrigerator Temperature. I'm getting 37.2 Degrees. Ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. Ran Service Test 56 - Ice Maker Error Codes. I'm getting E5 = Ice Maker Thermistor is bad. Ran Service Test 57 - Ice Maker Harvest Test. Ice Maker Harvested. I then ran Service Test 45 - Ice Maker Fill Test. Ice Maker Filled. Ran Service Test 36 - Ice Maker Fan Test. Ice Maker Fan Motor is working. Ran Service Test 15 - Emitter Board Test. Emitters are changing from 02 to 01. Unit will need the Ice Maker = W11579560. Cx paid for the Service Call Only by check. Check is in Blue money bag. If the cx calls back order Ice Maker. Don't go without parts.

CX compliant was that the unti would only run for 5 or so min and then shut down. I found that the unit had hair cought under and in the moisture sensor bars not allowing the sensor to send correct signels to control and powering off. I was able to remove the obstruction and show CX that unit is now opperating as designed. Unit tes good.

"Customer complaint is that the unit has power, but no display. Confirmed that the interior light is working in the microwave, but not in the oven and the display is out. Unit powered down and console removed. Found the SMPS board cocked sideways and not properly seated. Board reseated. Checked for any other loose connections and found none. Reapplied power and confirmed 120VAc to the SMPS board, display powered on. All unit functions are work functioning. Suspect because the board was not sitting properly, part of it was shorting out."

CX complaint freezer door is not shutting all the way causing air leak on gasket. Arrived today and inspected unit found left side of freezer door is not shutting all the way. Remove front door and inspected rails found left rear was a little frozen due to air leak. After pulling out bins I found the support rail between both left and right rails was not lined up correctly causing the right side to close in the left side to stay a little open. Readjusted rails and center rod and made sure rails work properly reinstall all parts and make sure gasket was ceiling and doors closing on its own. Unit is now working as designed job complete

cx complaint unit not cooling. inspected unit and found compressor not running. entered diagnostic test and activated compressor but compressor did not run. checked and found 122vac to comp. removed locked compressor and replaced with pre id parts. pulled unit into 30 inch vacuum and held. unit held vacuum with no leaks. charged with r600a 41g. unit now checks good.
