the unit is disconnected fromt he vent and pulled out when i arrived. cx says the unit is not heating in cycle. started a timed dry and the timer is counting down but the unit is not spinning. cx says the unit was spinning last night. reset power to the unit and the unit is now started to spin but stopped quickly. no error codes in diagnostics. ran the automatic test and the unit canceled the test right away. the unit is getting 120/240/120vac to the terminal block. resety power again and the unit spins for a short time then. the unit got a f3e3(inlet). found the thermistor was disconnected. restested. the unit is now spinning and blowing but not heating. the element is open. the element has burnt in half. replaced the element and the tco and retested. the unit is now good; ordrng 1 WP8577274 (thermistor)

F4E4 F2 line voltage F4e3 restricted air flow F4e1 heater relay connector problem Cx complaint unit heats and spins but leaves clothes wet and unit finishes cycle and clothes still wet. Arrived to unit and inspected. Found 3 error codes above. Tested voltage at outlet and had 122vac and 124vac with a total across l1-l2 for 245vac. Cleared error codes and ran unit. Unit heater and tumbled. I could smell lint burning when I opened the dryer door. Went to check airflow coming out of home but vent was to high where I could not reach. Cx stated he had cleaned lint from vent attached to dryer and inside and he had a lot. I removed lint tube and found good air flow coming out of unit. Dryer vent through house has never been cleaned and its been 10 years. Cx will have vent cleaned and keep receipt that way if we have to come back out we know its been done. Possible moisture sensor but Cx stated he would rather get the vent cleaned first. Will return with pre id if problem continues.
