"Sr # 7735854706Cx complaint unit would start drying but not dry clothes put unit into diagnostic mode and check for error codes and had none. Checked voltage at wall and had proper voltage disconnected vent hose to feel if I had air blowing out and then unit would not power back on reconnected vent hose and now have power at the control started unit while unit was running pull the vent hose off and shocked myself very bad. Tested voltage on dryer vent and to ground I had 2.6vac traveling through vent. Call Techline SR number above they insisted we need to change the main wiring harness as well as the element. When I disassembled unit to inspect harness, I found nothing shorted or grounding. Did find blower wheel stripped out blower wheel needs to be replaced. Disconnected unit from power and explain to CX not to use unit that there is a short somewhere and we dont want to damage anything in the home. Will retest once parts are installed. ; ordrng 1 WP697772 (Blower wheel) and 1 W11310055 (Main wiring harness)"

Cx complaint unit runs all the time. Arrived today and inspected unit found temps set to 0 degrees in FC and 42 degrees in RC. Took temps and they reflected the same. Checked all door gasket and found no rips or tears. Tested water valve. Dispenser works and has good stream. Ice maker is working a making ice. Damper is opening and closing and evap is running. I believe what Cx is hearing is the condenser fan. Unit checks out good and find no signs of any issues. Cx paid 120.00 service call. Unit is working as designed job complete

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Washer is getting out of balance. Ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. No error codes found. Cx is trying to Wash blanket / comforters. I advised that they will need to take those items to the laundromat. I also show the cx the water fill on the Normal Cycle. I advised the cx on a regular load to break that down to 5-6 loads and wash small amounts at one time. This is a use and Care Call. Advised to the cx they only get on of these.

cx complaint unit not dispensing water and not making ice again. inspected unit and verified complaint. theres a few batches of ice in container now and ice in icemaker mold. test56 E0 no errors. icemaker harvests correctly and calls for water. can hear valve energize when trying to dispense water. disconnected waterline from supply going into filter housing and have water coming in good from there. reconnected waterline into filter housing and water started dispensing properly but valve chattering loudly and noise comes and goes. seems valve is failing. ordering valve and filter housing. call cx to schedule return visit once we have eta on parts.; ordrng 1 W11482383 (valve) and 1 W11482384 (filter housing)
