"CX complaint unit hums very loud while in use arrived today and inspected unit. Put unit into diagnostic mode and found no error codes. Ran a cycle unit drain pump turned on and sounded normal unit filled with water. Also sounded normal wash motor started running and water was coming through spray, arms hitting plastic tub Also sounded normal. Unit is in a very small kitchen and the living quarters is not much bigger. When I stepped back from the unit I could hear a slight hum, but nothing out of the ordinary. The customers concern is that it was advertised to be very quiet and where this unit is installed, its causing a humming noise throughout his house. CX complaint is that the unit is not cleaning weel. I found that CX is using soapand water to clean the unit whitch is leaving streaks on the outside of the door. CX is also useing a rag and paper towels to wipe unit down causing scratching and abrasion most notible to the upper FC door (please see pic's in SDQP). CX informed me that the unit is keeping temps in the RC and FC as well as producing ice and dispensing water form the door with out issues. I found no signs of rust on the doors . I informed CX that cosmetic concerns are onyl covered under the WP warraty for the 1st 30 days of ownwership. CX refused quote for cost of new doors. I reffered CX to WP Cust Care .

cx complaint when running pro wash the unit trips breaker. cx had breaker off. turned power to unit and found i could not enter diag. tried everything and could not get into diag. ran a pro wash and found unit pulled a max of 7.08amps. called TL was told the max amp draw will be when the heating element is on. that was max 7amps. 7 amps will not trip a breaker. as soon as i got off the phone with TL the unit tripped. i found a thermal event at the power into control. called TL back and had issue put on file. i advised cx to call safety. unit would need harness and control. qouted cx for repair and cx declined.

"cx complaint unit not advancing thru cycle, gets stuck in sensing. inspected unit and verified complaint. no errors stored, autotest runs fine. activated each test in manual test and everything is working good. unit is getting proper power supply. started quickwash cycle and it stopped during sensing for 10min, seems longer than usual. cant find anything wrong with unit so i replaced control. ran calibration and autotest. started quickwash and it paused during sesning again so i called techline. 5min later it advanced to wash. TL said unit uses 'catalytic' wash action during sensing which is just letting the clothes sit and soak and that can take 5min sometimes. advised cx if he sees it stuck on a cycle to come back 20min later and see if it advanced and if not to call back."

"CX complains unit was mid cycle and they could smell something coming from the unit that smelled like chemicals. They opened the door and when they closed the door to drain the water, the unit would not drain. Was able to put unit into drian mode to drain out any remaining water. unit shows f6e4-float switch open, f8e2-drain motor electrical. Ensured float switch is working as designed. Ensured control and wires all look good. Ran unit through 2 diagnoctic test cycles and quick cycle to try to replicate smell. Unit is working as designed, with no unusual smells. No further work needed."

Found right front element receptical for element failed during cooking. making the harnass ground then arc to the cooktop. creating a hole through cooktop next to burer. Inspected power block and control to confirm no burns or fails. Contacted WP TL and spoke to Kurt SR#7735874641, he suggested replacing main harnass, right front burner, and cooktop. then contacted WP Safety and spoke to Sheena and documented. WPL safety is Sending Main harnass W11452635 to CX Order number in Sticky. Ordering Cooktop and Right front burner to complete repair.; ordrng 1 8195534 (Black cooktop) and 1 W11396792 (Right front burner) and 1 Look (look)"
