"Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Washer is Leaking Water / Washer will not finish a Cycle. Ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. Error Codes are F8E1 = Long Fill. Checked the Water Valves. Cold Water is very slow. F1E1 = Control Board Failure. Control board stops doing anything in the Service Test after C3. Unit will not Agitate. Had to back out of service Test and run Drain & Spin. Drain Pump is the only thing to activate. Checked the Bellow to the unit. No holes spotted. Unit will need the Control Board = WPW10583356, Water Valves = W10599356 & Pressure Sensor = Wpw10448876. Don't go without parts. Cx paid for the Service Call Only by Check. Check is in the Blue money bag."

"CX complaint: unit not cooling again.Inspected unit, temps were 68 in FC and 71 in RC. checked for dye around compressor compartment, FC evap, and RC evap, Found light frosting at very start of suction line going into RC evap but nothing else. "cx complaint long dry times, cx had receipt of vent cleaning, found air not flowing out, removed vent from dryer and heater cooled down to redish color, when vent attached heater became broight orange, cx showed where they cleaned and found not vent at location only tubing for sump pump, after awhile we dfound vent outlet in storage room to left, cx to remove vent and clean from inside, and reassemble, tested all ops ok"

"cx complaint is the unit being completly dead. cx said oven was in use when the unit shut off. when i arrived power was on and display was blank. interior light does not turn on when doors are opened, will not go into diagnostics. cycled power but no changed. i found UI is not getting any DC voltage. i found no damage to harness or any loose connectinos. i pulled unit out and inspected the junction box. i found black wires have thermal damage and connection is melted. shows this to cx and explained she will need an electrtion to fix the power. cx paid service call."

CX had relocated unit to basement before delivery. It was moved to basement but not hooked up. CX told me to hook it up. Spoke to CX on phone and he said the unit belonged on the porch which is a non isulated addition to the house. I did not perform any install actions therefore unit was not tested after parts were replaced. I informed CX that if the unit is moved back outside that further repairs caused by it would not be covered by warranty and he stated he wouldnt accept that. I let him know that he needs to contact whirlpool in refernece to that. WPTL in training will call later to document
