Removed cover plate and inspected under unit. i found the drain punmp is very loud when draining. i looked inside of unit and noticed has old style heater element that still has the copper colored o ring around the element. i pulled unit out aand noticed the way the drain hose is routed has pinched the line coming from the syphon break on the unit. this has caused the drain pump to work harder and make the drain pump loud. i re-routed the drain hose behind the unit to avoid this from happening, i replaced the drain pump and element from v/s and tested unit. unit is now working properly.; ordrng 1 W11412291 (drain pump (AH V/S) look) and 1 W11537778 (element (AH V/S) look), used 1 W11412291 (drain pump (AH V/S) look), and 1 W11537778 (element (AH V/S) look) from stock"

"cx complaint unit intermittently leaving water in the bottom and has been spinning loudly recently. cx said sometimes theres no water when she takes clothes out and wont use unit for 3days then theres water in drum when she goes to use it again. sometimes fabric softener dispenser is full of water even though shes cleaned it and has never used fabric softener. sometimes clothes are dripping wet. cx said issue has been going on for years and sometimes works fine for 6months then starts having issues again. cx mentioned issues will usually happen when she uses 2pods which isnt that often. everything testing good at this time, no noise during spin and drain pump is working fine. advised cx to try only using 1 pod at a time and call back if issues still persist. if anything valve is seeping."

"Cx complaint unit won't start. Entered into diag and found error code F9E1 long drain. Attempted to run test but the lid latch would only click and not lock. Inspected underneath and found the drain pump wasn't fully connected. The harness didn't have enough slack causing the connection to pull out. Released the tension on the harness and reconnected pump, ran test cycle and unit completed test without any further issues. Unit checks good"

Removed and inspected splutch, found gearcase oil on inner ring of splutch. Determined gearcase needs to replaced. "Cx complaint is smell of gas, safety call. inspected and could not verify complaint. cx had a GE range prior to this unit that had gas build ups that would blow the oven door open. this scared the cx and she replaced the unit. cx states she has a sensitive nose and smelled gas one morning. used gas sniffer and ran it over every edge of the unit and all gas connections. no gas leaks were detected. checked orifices for proper conversion and adjusted cooktop flames. tested bake and broil and everything tested properly. called Safety and shared findings. unit is working as designed. job complete."
