"cx complaint unit is not washing the clothes, inspected unti then ran unit door locks but will not spin looks to be trying but will not. pulled unit apart and checked control and had weird marks on it so replaced it and retetsed and still same issue. checked motor from control and is 8.5 on yellow wire and 8.4 on red wire i think it was. motor and harness are good. i did find actuator wire on top of plate under unit and is tight and could be stressing wires so moved that and retested and finally got unit to spin and is really really loud. unit seems to have a gearcase issue. ordering gearcase,shifter,capacitor for return needs to be a 2 count job on return and psssible we might need to check under tub so will need second tech to lift dryer off.; ordrng 1 W10883783 (gearcase) and 1 W11614637 (shifter) and 1 W11176560 (capacitor) and 1 look (look)"

"cx compliant is the door falling off the unit. confirmed complait. cx removed door completly when she opened it leaving only the wiring holding the door on. 1 orange wire on the door near the bottom hinge is already broken. top tab with the post holding the door to the cabinet is missing/broken off. tabs that hold the inner door to outer doo are also cracked, they will fall apart when door is disassembled. unit will need inner door, screw, and 6 spacers. cx said display/keypad worked fine dispite broken wire. quoted cx for door parts i know it needs and explained these old doors crack apart when disassembled, more parts may be needed once we start taking it apart. cx paid service call and said she will shop around for a new unit before deciding if she wants this one fixed or not.; ordrng 1 W10112215 (door/mw) and 1 W10565483 (screw) and 6 8206525 (spacer)s"

Cx complaint unit is not cooling as it should. Arrived to unit and inspected found unit is frosting on back wall of FC. Found both RC and FC set to 5 on temp settings. RC was at 50 degrees and FC was at 37 degrees. Inspected harness in FC and found all wires seated correctly. Found FC door gasket to not be sealing in top right corner. Tried using heat gun to soften but still will not seat to cabinet. Found no physical damage. This unit is I very tight space. And will need to be very careful when working on unit. "Cx complaint that the unit is not dispensing water or making ice. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I pressed the paddle to dispense water, only a small amount came out. I checked the IM and found the fill tube clogged with ice. I removed the ice and ran a harvest cycle. The harvest cycle completed but a very small amount of water was inserted. I check the water supply to the unit, it was fully turned on. I removed the water tube connector to the door near the water filter and dispensed water, and still little to no water was coming out. In all test I can hear the valve engaging. The unit needs a new dual valve to resolve the issue. I'm ordering the part for the return visit.; ordrng 1 W11546685 (dual valve)"

I checked the ventilation at the lint trap and found that it is blowing air out when I removed the trap. I went to the exit point of the vent outside the house and found that no air is making outside. I then removed the vent hose from the dryer and found that the unit is not clogged. I recommended the cx have their vents cleaned. Unit is functioning as intended. Job complete

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Refrigerator isn't making Ice. Checked the voltage to the Ice Maker. At first I was getting 1.5 volts. I then unplugged the unit. Waited 5 mins. Then rechecked the I've Maker Voltage. I'm getting 120.9 Volts. I then jumped the Ice Maker from T & H. Ice Maker Harvested & Filled. I then checked the Freezer Temps. I'm getting -0.5 Degrees. I advised the cx to wait 24 hours to see if this would fix the issue. If the cx calls back order the Control Board = WPW10312695. Don't go without parts. Control Board could be locking the Ice Maker out. ( Any questions please check Sd Pictures.)

cx coplaint unt is not working wont fill with water or spin said her dad came here pulled unit out checked water lines. inspected unit and was still out so then checked for errors and had f0e5. ran service ccycle door locks and fills with water but unit does not spin. checked motor windings 12 ohms all 3 ways in spec unit has a bad control. gave cx quote and took a while to figure out what they wanted to do but then decided to fix it. cx girlfroend helped me lift dryer down i rpelaced control and tested and now spins good. put dryer back on top got it back in closet and tested in quick wash and unit is now washing. collected payment unit is good

"Cx complaint ubnit doesn't wash clothes. Entered into diag and found error codes F7E1 tachometer missing and F7E6 motor circuit open. Ran test cycle and when unit attempts to agitate or spin it would make buzzing noise without movement from agitator and basket. Inspected underneath and found di-electric grease leaking from capacitor. Replaced capacitor using pre-id parts, ran test and unit completed test without further issues. Unit checks good"

Cheked every component for something shorted to ground and found nothing, Checked breaker box and found the breaker was a 50a GFCI. Spoke to Kurt from WPTL. He stated that because while the oven is preheating in bake its cycling both the bake and broil element when is causing the breaker to trip.
