Control panel on top, would barely press any buttons. cx complaint when running pro wash the unit trips breaker. cx had breaker off. turned power to unit and found i could not enter diag. tried everything and could not get into diag. ran a pro wash and found unit pulled a max of 7.08amps. called TL was told the max amp draw will be when the heating element is on. that was max 7amps. 7 amps will not trip a breaker. as soon as i got off the phone with TL the unit tripped. i found a thermal event at the power into control. called TL back and had issue put on file. i advised cx to call safety. unit would need harness and control. qouted cx for repair and cx declined.

"cx complaint unit intermittently getting stuck on wash and not advancing thru rest of cycle. cx said when it gets stuck, he will change it to rinse and spin and sometimes it completes and sometimes it gets stuck again. ran diagnostics and have f0e2 oversuds, f8e1 long fill stored. test cycle completed properly, all valves working. cx is using only 1 pod at a time but has never run cleaning cycle. advised cx to try running 2 cleaning cycles with affresh in a row and if its still having issues then control would need replaced. quoted cx 480.47 for replacing control. cx paid 120.00 service call with check#4045 and will get some affresh today to run cleaning cycles and will call back if issues persist. if cx calls back, send tech with control(W11116592) and will owe 360.47"

CX complaint is that the unit is not cleaning weel. I found that CX is using soapand water to clean the unit whitch is leaving streaks on the outside of the door. CX is also useing a rag and paper towels to wipe unit down causing scratching and abrasion most notible to the upper FC door (please see pic's in SDQP). CX informed me that the unit is keeping temps in the RC and FC as well as producing ice and dispensing water form the door with out issues. I found no signs of rust on the doors . I informed CX that cosmetic concerns are onyl covered under the WP warraty for the 1st 30 days of ownwership. CX refused quote for cost of new doors. I reffered CX to WP Cust Care .

F4E4 F2 line voltage F4e3 restricted air flow F4e1 heater relay connector problem Cx complaint unit heats and spins but leaves clothes wet and unit finishes cycle and clothes still wet. Arrived to unit and inspected. Found 3 error codes above. Tested voltage at outlet and had 122vac and 124vac with a total across l1-l2 for 245vac. Cleared error codes and ran unit. Unit heater and tumbled. I could smell lint burning when I opened the dryer door. Went to check airflow coming out of home but vent was to high where I could not reach. Cx stated he had cleaned lint from vent attached to dryer and inside and he had a lot. I removed lint tube and found good air flow coming out of unit. Dryer vent through house has never been cleaned and its been 10 years. Cx will have vent cleaned and keep receipt that way if we have to come back out we know its been done. Possible moisture sensor but Cx stated he would rather get the vent cleaned first. Will return with pre id if problem continues.
