Checked the bottom of the unit at the Motor Section. There is Tub Oil all over the place. I advised that the Tub is about to go. Tub sounds like a air plane about to take off. Cx only wanted a quote for the Rps Sensor. Rps Sensor = Wpw10178988 & Tub = W10381078. Don't go without parts. Cx paid for the Service Call Only by Check. Check is in the Blue money bag.

arrived to find the evaporator is frozen has really thick ice on the back and thick frost on the front. pulled unit out very hard called techline spoke to nate tested thermister and was 8.8k and he said i need to put thermister in ice water and retest and if test good rpelace the control so put evap thermister and other freezer thermister in ice water and got 8.1k 8.6k and should be good nate said it should be around 8k. "CX complaint unit hums very loud while in use arrived today and inspected unit. Put unit into diagnostic mode and found no error codes. Ran a cycle unit drain pump turned on and sounded normal unit filled with water. Also sounded normal wash motor started running and water was coming through spray, arms hitting plastic tub Also sounded normal. Unit is in a very small kitchen and the living quarters is not much bigger. When I stepped back from the unit I could hear a slight hum, but nothing out of the ordinary. The customers concern is that it was advertised to be very quiet and where this unit is installed, its causing a humming noise throughout his house.
