Replaced compressor and drier and pulled unit into 30 inch vaccuum. Charged system with 48 grams of R600 and watched a frost pattern start to build. Unable to find anyone in office so contacted the number on file and informed them of what was going on. Unit checks good no further work needed

"cx complaint unit is making loud rattling noise. inspected unit and verified complaint. unit in defrost upon arrival and making no sounds. ran thru service tests and everything runs quietly. found some places in back of unit that could cause vibration. added foam in between condensor and base rail, between pipe and cap tube by drier and under pipe coming from compressor that was touching base rail. started putting cover back on and heard a rattling noise. found its from cardboard base rattling against base rails under compressor. added another piece of foam there and no more noise. advised cx if noise comes back to try and get it on video. unit is now working properly"

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Washer is giving an Error Code. Ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. Error codes are F51 = Rps Sensor Failure. Checked the bottom of the unit at the Motor Section. There is Tub Oil all over the place. I advised that the Tub is about to go. Tub sounds like a air plane about to take off. Cx only wanted a quote for the Rps Sensor. Rps Sensor = Wpw10178988 & Tub = W10381078. Don't go without parts. Cx paid for the Service Call Only by Check. Check is in the Blue money bag.
